Check in was quick and assigned a room on third floor. Room size was decent, there is a McDonald’s next door and two supermarkets. Asked staff if any restaurants and she recommended Rolfo Burger just across from hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Overall a good stay here.

My travel was planned for October 2022 but the booking date was for September. I email ibis a few times to change the date but there was no answer. Once they took the money, don't expect you will here from them. ibis advertised that they are flexible. I am very disappointed with ibis & Expedia.

Ante un problema con la calefacción en mi habitación la respuesta fue inaceptable, para rematarlo con una falta de educación y empatía al cliente extrema. Cliente habitual durante los últimos 5 años que pierden.
