IG Nachosol Premium Apartments by Servatur - Adults Only

Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top. Hard to avoid in Puerto Rico. Dino 5 mins walk away. Would recommend for a basic, clean apartment.

Check in is not very good - press buzzer and they sent a member if staff from Nachosol Atlantic who took 20 minutes to arrive. Check in is 2pm apartment hadn’t been cleaned at 2.30pm and had to wait. The apartments are modern and comfortable, however, as no management are present the cleaners do very little, dirty floors, terrace not cleaned, beds rarely changed etc. The premium apartments do not have a private terrace and access to all apartments is via everyone else’s terrace so no privacy. Be aware the standard apartments have no outside space at all and are located on a stair case. It was very annoying as cleaners left bags of laundry and rubbish on terrace all day, the sticky mess made was never cleaned. The pool area is peaceful and an amazing view but again it lacked cleanliness, bins not emptied and pool deck rarely cleaned as bird droppings remained fir several days. The reception is not open nor manned onsite, they send someone over for checkin and it’s slow and tedious process. This place could be so much better but lacked any “premium” features or quality of service and cleanliness. Would not return as they are not offering a premium concept as is suggested.

At apartments next to no front desk and no english spoken have to call 9 reception at hotel nacohsol and not told no check in after 5 pm have to get a taxi to hotel then taxi back

The apartments: small ,very friendly place to stay. They Are cleaned every day . Very spacious room with modern kitchen and shower room.and the view of the harbour was breathtaking !

The view from the room was amazing. There was not any staff at the property!

Amazing place to stay right near everything.. The only thing I’d say is double check which room you are paying for. The nicest have balcony’s and the picture on the room we booked had a balcony on it. We didn’t get a room with balcony which was a bit misleading. Apart from that everything was really clean and roof top pool amazing

Serene experience with wonderful views to watch sunrise

Had a great stay here, staff great, rooms cleaned daily, short walk down hill to commercial or down stairs to beach, very modern & clean, had pool to ourselves most days, will definitely be back!

We stayed for 5 nights in late September. The apartments are very clean and tastefully decorated, and the solarium/pool area is beautiful. There is a supermarket a couple of mins walk away for everything you need. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from Puerto Rico beach where there are loads of bars and restaurants. You can also walk along the coast to Amadores beach in about 30 mins. The bus station is nearby for day trips to Las Palmas, Puerto de Mogan, Maspalomas etc. The staff were good - a cleaner comes 5 days per week, and the receptionist was helpful when we needed a taxi booking. There were a couple of small negatives - we paid extra for a "premium suite sea view" and although our apartment was on the sea-facing side of the building, we were in a corner plot that did not have an outdoor terrace seating area like some of the apartments. We enquired about this and were told we would need to pay more to upgrade to a room with a terrace - in fairness our booking never explicitly said there would be a terrace but we assumed it from the fact it said "sea view", so I think this should be made more clear. We felt the kitchen could have been better stocked. The quantities of utensils and cutlery were a bit minimal and there was nothing in the way of tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc. However this was our first time staying in apartment accommodation so maybe this is the standard. In general though this is a great place to stay and we had a lovely time!

The whole place was spotless. The room couldn't have been cleaner. All the facilities were good and served or needs perfectly. We used the place as a base and it's nice and central if you don't mind a bit of a hike down the hill and back up again. The only niggle was that there was never anyone in reception. Apart from first thing on the Monday when we needed to check in, I didn't see anyone all the time we were there. It means you need to be pretty self sufficient if you want to find any information about anything like buses or trips, etc.

Beautiful well equipped air conditioned apartments 10 minute down hill walk to beach and report centre 3euro taxi ride back, apartment and pool area very clean and staff very helpfull, really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Fantastic place, wonderful views and a lovely private pool for guests only. We only ever had to share the pool twice with another couple. Lovely, clean and modern. Loved it

The room was ok. Comfortable, quiet, clean, descent views, with all necessary amenities and friendly welcoming staff. Good value for money. One minus was finding parking space in that area during high season.

The apartments were great. Really modern, clean and spacious with a great view straight out to the beach. The kitchen facilities were everything we needed. Her only slight downside was the bed as it was 2 singles pushed together. Service was also great, reception was closed when we arrived but had really clear instruct via txt before we arrived which also included details of the bus to take from the airport (091, €6, c45 mins) The neighbourhood is basic and the quality of restaurants is ok. There's a great bus service to neighbouring towns (Maspalomas much better restaurant and beach wise) I would highly recommend the apartments if you're staying in the area

Excellent value for money, at least a 4 star standard. Facilities were great, staff and maids were great. Very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday
