I love the unique set up of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was trying to watch the television. There was no channel that was in English or even had English subtitle which would allow me to understand what was being said. I was unable to understand and fully enjoy that aspect of my visit.

Beds were not very comfortable, room smelt like the bathroom. Heating and Air conditioning run separately and switched by management. Arrived on a hot day in beginning of April and asked to ensure the room had air conditioning. The associate said the air conditioning is not on, still in heat mode, and maybe the air conditioning would be available the next day, but they were unsure. The team did procure a fan for the room to help mitigate the issue. But be weary the air conditioning does not work year round, and is seasonal like the pool.

There is no swimming pool access! We booked this because of the pool but the outdoor one was closed and the indoor one is not run by the hotel.
Our room was also right next to a building site so was very noisy. We were not warned about this

Great for acity break. We stayed as part of a wedding party so the generous public areas were good.
Great Seaview room, large bed, better than normal hotel hairdryer and good quality toiletries. We liked the bar service was good. Only thing i would chsnge is the pool area. Sunbeds too close together they need space between guest parties felt like strangers too close. Consider swapping some for more chairs and tables. Good quality hotel though, convenient for the marina and easy walk to the cathedral or castle.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Lovely big room with views of the marina but was a little tired though and could benefit from some updating.
The breakfast was quite extensive and fab facilities including yoga and massages by the pool.
However the roadworks outside the hotel currently made access a little difficult and unfortunately being at the front/ overlooking the Marina was a little noisy at night with late night socialising and cruise ships horns.

We got premium room with a balcony overlooking the marina, was great!! Pool was really nice!! Does get full pretty quickly so got to be there 10ish to secure spot! Also because cocktail are getting made sometime the line was a little long. Rooms very clean, paid $500aud per night, think it was fair value for money, 10min walk into more city centre, has a mini mart right outside so very handy if you need to pop down and get anything, stayed 5 nights and was great to set up there and unpack luggage and enjoy Palma

I was very worried after booking this hotel due to the negative reviews but overall, I had a good time at this hotel. By the time we arrived in middle of August the road work that was blocking cars from entering the hotel driveway had concluded. The lobby is nice and didn't encounter any issues with staff or at reception. They were very nice and helpful. The pool area was nice. Didn’t experience any issues getting a chair.
The breakfast was good & didn’t find the food going bad like some reviews mentioned. I did find it a little expensive for $25 per day.
However, the hotel rooms do require heavy upgrading. The room I was given, did see better days, definitely not a 4 stars. My room had water leakage from the AC and you can clearly see the walls coming apart from the water, the door to the main room didn’t even close due to the molding losing its shape due to the water issue. The carpet in the hallway have seen better days. The walls are dirty. Since I was in a high floor, I didn’t experience any issues with noise that some people complained.
Outside the hotel, well it’s not ideal. Some of the restaurants and bars nearby are not the best. Yes there is a strip club right next to the hotel that opens after 12 midnight, so you don’t see the questionable people unless you are around very late in the lobby.
Parking, I didn’t experience any issues finding parking outside. I actually saved money not doing the hotel parking fee by just parking on the streets.
