Perfect for a quick stay! The location couldn't be more convenient for the train station, and the staff were incredibly welcoming—helping arrange a taxi and even offering complimentary coffee in the morning. A lovely experience all around.

The hotel is well-situated for the big Galleries, the Retiro Park, and the Botanic Gardens. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the locality. I had one meal in the hotel restaurant: it was very nicely served. I did not breakfast in the hotel, I prefer to go out and find a bar or cafe. The room was clean and comfortable; I had a balcony looking out east over the trees of the Botanic Garden. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Central location to walk to the train station. Many restaurants within walking distance and our favorite - the botanical gard na across the street. This was the perfect hotel for us to spend 24 hours in Madrid.

Good breakfast, helpful staff really good location but one thing I would say is that I couldn’t find the entrance for the hotel for at least 5 minutes, it’s not very clear as I thought it was a restaurant not the hotel lobby, not signs or anything saying where the entrance was. The room was clean and the terrace was lovely, great view from the room, metro is about 5 minutes away from the hotel, good restaurants and pharmacy is up the road, Macdonalds is also as you step outside the hotel for a cheap and cheerful tea 😂 very good over all would come and stay again.

One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept (or not slept) on for this class of hotel…or ever. More like sleeping on a trampoline…every move reverberates, waking your partner. Room also has too little storage and no room for luggage, certainly for two travelers. Balcony was nice for an afternoon read in the sun. Staff friendly, breakfast copious but one of the two coffee machines spewed cold milk or had no milk for capuchinos / lattes on multiple days. Have stayed in other NH hotels and they were much better than this one.

Lovely room, staff, lobby, spectacular breakfast room and food. Tablafina, off lobby, terrific little restaurant, super-friendly waitstaff. The location is incredibly convenient for museums, walking to shopping and dining in landmark areas. And it’s a 5 min walk to Atocha train station, so cab-free access to wonderful Spanish rail system.
