Some issues checking in - the door entry number provided didn't work and only way to get help is via Whatsapp. All rooms had issues with the shower (i.e. broken door, or shower head). Walls are also paper thin.

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Santiago de Compostela, cerca de la Alameda y de la Catedral pero también a 12 min de la estación tren/autobuses.
Hay una cocineta con microondas y equipo muy básico en el área común. Un mini refrigerador en la habitación es práctico.
El acceso fue fácil y la comunicación buena.

Habitación limpia e instalaciones correctas. El único inconveniente es que no tiene aire acondicionado, sólo ventilador. Por la noche refresca bastante incluso en verano, por lo que para dormir no lo echamos de menos. Nos tuvimos que poner antimosquitos porque había alguno que otro. Durante el día puede hacer bastante calor.

Llevamos cinco días haciendo el Camino de Santiago y era la primera vez que nos encontrábamos con un personal tan poco profesional. No nos ayudaron en ningún momento a realizar el check-in y la recepcionista nos respondió de forma cortante, hasta el punto de que casi no nos permitió hacerlo.
Prefiero dormir en una tienda de campaña antes que volver a alojarme en este lugar.

Selten so ein hellhöriges Zimmer gehabt. Es war die Nacht davor auf dem Zeltplatz ruhiger. Man hört jedes einzelne Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer! Die Türen machen einen riesigen Lärm beim schließen und das Reinigungspersonal macht ab 8 Uhr morgens schon den größten Lärm und schreit über den Gang. Im Bad war ein Silberfisch und es war unerträglich heiß. Hat man nachts gelüftet war es viel zu laut. Auch den Kühlschrank musste ich ausstellen, weil er solchen Krach gemacht hat. Dusche war sehr klein und im Fernseher gingen nur drei Programme.

Det framgick inte i bokningen att det fanns ett kök. Vi såg att det fanns ett i ett rum där det stod "privat" på dörren, så vi trodde att det bara var till för personalen. Men när det var låst till det gemensamma utrymmet i den andra korridoren där det fanns ett kök så fick vi hjälp av städpersonalen som sa att vi fick använda köket där det stod privat. Vi såg även att det fanns frukost uppdukat i det gemensamma köket men minns inte att det framgick vid bokningen. Så det var toppen att det fanns både kök och enklare frukost! Men vi var osäkra på vad boendet faktiskt erbjöd.
