Very close to the main train station and the metro is a short walk around the corner. Lovely area. Plenty of shops around and plenty of food options.

Wonderful, quaint yet spacious hotel that lovingly accepts dogs! Pet bowl and fancy dog sofa!

Staff all super friendly and helpful.
Rooftop was clean and enough space when we wanted to use it. Wifi fast enough to work from the hotel with big desk space and good chair. Bed was huge and nice linens. Shower so powerful and good temp. We didn't try the breakfast as it was being provided at work event but it looked like a good spread of fresh food when passing.
Gym modern and clean. Left luggage facility and check out at 12pm as standard were great for last day.
Coffee machine was in lobby with disposable cups rather than reusable cups in room facility but really nice espresso from it. The rooms all centre around a courtyard with a lift in the middle and it makes a loud noise when closing, disruptive at night but blocked out once I used earplugs.

As a 4-star hotel, I didn’t expect the room to be cramped for 3 people. You literally cannot go anywhere in the room besides your bed and bathroom. The bathroom sink leaks under and was not fixed even after asking them. It is also very warm in the bathroom and found out that their mirror is heated! There’s also a big condensation problem from the air conditioning that made our room soak in disgusting leaks. The room also is uncomfortably warm for a warm weather outside. Good thing we brought a portable fan with us that made it bearable. The stay feels more like a 2-star hotel. Will not come back anymore. I’d give 2 stars for a good coffee at the lobby and friendly staff. Although when we told them about our room problems, there was really no offer to make it better with us. We stayed a total of 5-nights. It’s not fun going back to the hotel.

A bit noisy from the street ( we were 3 floors up with recycling bins below and a construction project). The Cava breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff very helpful but often very busy making it hard to get ice which was not open for self service.

The room door has long-term issues. Every day, I have to go to the counter to handle it, and after resolving it, I still need to try many times to get the door open. The air conditioning is insufficient. Additionally, I need to re-register every day to use the WiFi, which is very inconvenient for elderly people. And swimming pool is too small, even the children are not interested in swimming

The front desk was extremely helpful and spoke English. He stored our bags, no charge. The lobby was spacious with seating and free coffee. I would return. My minor complaint was the hotel plumbing was under repair and caused the bathroom sink to clog. Also, the AC was not cold.

Unfortunatley the hotel did not live up to expectation. The safe broke the day we got there. The fridge had not been cleaned and one of the shelves inside was also broken. We ended up in an adjoining room, that we had not requested, that only seemed to have a locked door to separate each room. All we could hear when we were in the room was the family of kids running around next door. For a 4 star hotel this was disappointment.
