As the sign on the front desk says, this hotel is an 8/10. I would say it’s closer to a 7. The room is very bare bones with nothing on the walls, nowhere to hang anything, minimal places to plug things in. Not an inch of carpet anywhere to deaden sound in the room or hallways. It’s impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Front desk staff is very nice which is a huge plus. The rooms don’t have electronic keys for some reason and they make you leave your room key in a basket up front whenever you leave the hotel. It’s just weird.

Very dated. Small room with old furniture, fixtures and fittings need updating. Shower over the bath which leaked everywhere. Awful, awful breakfast in a poky room. And there's no water fountain and no water in the room. You have to buy it from the vending machine. Unbelievable. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable and the reception staff very helpful

Great little stay near the Heart of Valencia, rooms were clean and cooled with the Aircom (needed in July) with all the amenities I needed. No minibar or coffee in room, but with so many cool little places nearby you really didn’t need it. Only issue was the WiFi was very weak in my room, besides that fantastic!

Nice clean hotel. Perfectly situated especially if its a city break you sre on, everthing is in walking distance.

Overall is good this hotel. Relationship price quality is fine, the bed is super comfortable. Be aware that the Glassdoor from the shower can easily be out of frame and need for maintenance to repair

Nice staff members and convenient hotel. Noise does penetrate through the walls very easily though so it was difficult to sleep as you could hear full conversations and people talking/walking, sneezing, coughing etc.

A city center hotel, very convenient to the central square and most of the major sights. Value for money. Small buy clean rooms, some with balconies ovrtlooking the street There is also a large roof terrace where you can enjoy warm sunny weather.

Great location

Not quite and too hot.

The positives were: A. This hotel is very well located, B. The staff acted very quickly to tell the occupant of another room on the floor that there was no smoking even though they were smoking and then used an air freshener in the corridor to remove the smells. C. The staff willingly put an air purifier in our room the next day to clear the smoke smells. Unfortunately there were quite a few negatives that offset the positives: 1. No active ventilation for the bathroom which opened onto the main bed area so all smells and moisture went to the bed area, 2. The toilet was not bleached daily and smelled badly on arrival, 3. The floor was not vacuumed, 4. Our bed's top sheet went missing one day, 5. The shower floor towel on our second last day had a blood stain in one corner, 6. There were no tissues in the room, 7. There was no fridge (even a small bar fridge), 8. The a/c didn't work (we were told it would only blow warm air given the time of year which would too warm for us), 9. No security check when retrieving the room key from the front desk, 10. No smoke detectors in the room.

Hotel was decent, my only issue being that the toilet was wedged into a tight space which is difficult for anyone over 1.5m to use. As a taller person, this caused a lot of issues

It was great. Clean and we’ll located. The reception staff, specially Rodrigo, was outstanding.

Great hotel very close to city centre, and excellent value. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The only criticism I had was there was no tea/coffee available in my room.

The hotel is in a very good location so close to the old centre every thing can be accessed walking.
