Very difficult to check-in as all done virtually. I tried to call two different numbers plus email without a response… eventually was able to contact the helpdesk via WhatsApp - which given I arrived at 2 PM as arranged on Hotels.com was frustrating.
Rooms were tidy and in good condition. You’re given the main access code on check-in and then your room is unlocked (key provided).

Excellent, clean, simple room with fridge and own 3-piece bathroom and tv. Bed was so comfortable. Easy walking distance to port for ferry to Tangier. Parking was the only challenge-finding free street parking sometimes.

Pros: Comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, 5 min walk from the old town, free street parking, easy check-in/out.
Cons: Cleanliness was ok but could be improved (dark scuffs on white walls, some stains on the blankets although they smelled clean), very basic amenities.
