Everything was good!

We had a wonderful stay at the Vincci Larios Diez, perfect location. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely room with super comfy bed and fantastic latex pillows. Would definitely recommend

Charming hotel in the centre of Malaga, attentive and helpful staff, our room was lovely, very comfortable bed.

The hotel is located in the hart of the old city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and rich. The rooms are clean and very nice. The only problem is that you can’t reach the hotel with car. Important if you have luggages.

the staff were excellent on front desk, and the location was perfect for sightseeing, i had a fantastic over night sytay, i would highly reccomend this hotel

Great location for 3 days or so staying in Malaga. You're in the heart of the City with everything walkable. Uber will drop you about 2 to 3 minutes walking distance. Rooftop is amazing with good option in that restaurant at a reasonable price

Very elegant hotel near major tourism sites. Great dining nearby. Great breakfast and lounge on 6th floor with great views. Would recommend this hotel.

Perfect

Great location in the heart of the old area of Malaga. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant on the day we arrived. The staff in the restaurant provided excellent customer service. The view from the rooftop is great. The rooms were nice but for the price the cleanliness was not up to par. There was mould in the bathroom shower and extensive dust on the ventilation system, headboard and other areas of the room. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The amenities in the room were good - nespresso, toothbrush/toothpaste, combs, shaving kit, good quality bath products etc. The staff at the front desk were "hit or miss". Some were great and very helpful others seemed like they couldn't care less about their job or the customers. The Guest Experience person was useless. Our travel companions emailed to request help with booking an excursion prior to our arrival. We stayed for three nights and never did hear back from the Guest Experience person. When I called the front desk to ask a question, they told me I had to speak with the Guest Experience person yet that person was never at the desk. Overall, I preferred the Palacio Solecio boutique hotel over this hotel. Aside from the restaurant and the comfortable bed, this hotel didn't really impress me.

We had an amazing experience

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location for all of the known attractions and was extremely clean. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very centrally located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast available . One concern, shower tub combo a little slippery.

Perfect location

We loved this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, for example carrying our bags up to our room. Location was very central so perfect for sightseeing, bars and restaurants. We didnt eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but there is an amazing bar/restaurant on the top floor with incredible views of the cathedral etc. Hotel and room were spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel.
