My two nights at this resort were lovely! The whole staff was quite nice and delightful. The rooms were large and the breakfast was by far the best I had in my two weeks in Sri Lanka.

Great location to base yourself while visiting sites in the cultural triangle. Good selection of food for both breakfast and dinner and the staff are lovely and always happy to help.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel very welcome from the start, and the entrance leads on to a nice grassy field. In from reception is a large refreshing swimming pool that helped me get my evening swim.
The nice room was simple and comfortable and bathroom smelt lovely!
The restaurant had a good variety of food fruit and drinks for breakfast, and there was again a great choice for the buffet dinner. I ordered off the a la carte menu too and the portions were generous and delicious!

Decent hotel with nice pool. A bit far from sigiriya rock. No spa and massage open due to Covid, but everywhere else in Sri Lanka there were massage facilities open?

It was a nice place with big rooms. A little far from anything so you had to take a hotel car which is more expensive than finding a tuk tuk on your own. Menu is very limited for vegetarian options.

Need to improve on the meal side as variety of food for locals we’re not adequate as they were running on full house during the season they could’ve done better WiFi in room in new wing not working in room tea coffee and sugar quantities also not sufficient for two pax other than rooms are bigger and clean staff good specially front office guys were very helpful

Good property in a green resort like ambience. Good value for money. Food was a very pleasant surprise - excellent quality of cooking - both Sri Lankan and Continental. Very good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. WiFi accessible in rooms and common area. Decent swimming pool though a bit shallow.
However too many flies in the open dining area in daytime as well as nighttime - which made dining a less pleasant experience despite the good food - the staff were clueless what to do about the flies. Room lighting was too low & gloomy; and no solutions provided. Nice large room & bathroom although furnished sparsely. But sunlight streaked into the bed through the skylight disturbing one's sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camellia Resort. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. And, the staff was terrific! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! One thing that really made our stay great was the Food and Beverage Manager, Roshan, going out of his way to make sure that our dietary restrictions were accommodated at every meal. We were very pleased with the food options, especially all the Sri Lankan dishes! The only downside for us was that there was no wifi available in the room, so we had to go to the restaurant or lobby to access wifi. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay at Camellia Resort!

We were very please with our stay at Camelia. The hotel staff went above and beyond in providing us with exceptional service. One member in our party had severe food allergies and we communicated this to the chef. Every server in the dining area was made aware of this and they ensured that we were informed of any dishes that contained any of the food he was avoiding. The meals were delicious and was a lovely mix of local and international fare. Highly recommend checking out this hotel.

This was a wonderful resort and spa. Though we just stayed for one night I am looking for reasons to go back already. While it is off the beaten path, WAY off the beaten path, it is well worth the drive. The facilities are in great shape, the buffet we had at night was served hot and the food good. The wifi only works near the lobby of the resort, but honestly I think this was a plus and not a negative. Having a chance to unwind and disconnect was just what myself and daughter needed.

Excellent hotel, perfectly situated in the centre of the cultural triangle of Dambulla, Sigiriya and Pollonaruwa. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ramesh on reception and the lovely spa staff. Highly recommend half board as no other restaurants nearby.

Wifi only works at the reception. Room too big for a very small TV. They had difficulties in finding my booking (just like all the others I have stayed in Asia). Staff is extremely friendly!
