The Pool!

Friendly, courteous and ready to help staff. Great views from higher floors. And at the top floor, Pool and the bar with distance views of the Knuckles mountain range. Buffet meals were good and at my visit this time Indian themed, due to majority of visitors were Indian. This was my second visit. For me the price to quality of service ratio for Radisson is excellent.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive to the city, and also walkable if you prefer. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options and everything tasted delicious. The dinner buffet was not bad, though not as impressive as breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay and a hotel we would definitely recommend.

Clean room , good location, great views over Kandy from our room and the rooftop bar and swimming pool. Great breakfast.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the usual Radisson standards. The check-in process was very slow and the staff seemed unsure of what to do. The room had an unpleasant smell, felt very basic, and the electricity went out during my stay, taking time to fix. Overall, this property does not reflect the quality I normally expect from Radisson.

The staff are absolutely amazing and are practically keeping the hotel running. They are efficient, welcoming and extremely helpful, all with a huge smile on their faces.

Breakfast had many options and they took care of my food restrictions and served food accordingly

Seems hotel only value / priortise travel agent booking and not what they call OBS (online booking system) like expedia.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were polite and efficient. Breakfast buffet also very good. Central location. Highly recommend.

The staff of the hotel are nice and the location is good we also liked the small gym and the pool area. What was not very good was room cleanliness and repair - water kettle broken, stainless steel hand rail black spotted, AV ducts moldy , Shower groutings moldy etc etc. TV had to be serviced, the I room writing desk was stained.

Very comfortable bed and pillows - the staff were very friendly and competent. However the rooms did appear a bit “tired” and our room (and the gym) had a particular musty/damp smell that was quite overpowering. Not convinced it was good value for money.
