Absolutely wonderful staff. Lovely room, only failings are no shower mat/towel and there were a few unsightly stains and damage to the rooms. Service wise, whether it be the breakfast room, reception or room servicing it was all exemplary. Friendly and professional.

My stay at the Backstage Hotel was one of the most satisfying and memorable and all because the incredibly helpful and friendly staff at the reception as well as the breakfast room of the hotel. They were always ready to help with any issues and answer any question with a big smile.

The location was great.
It was walkable to the Vasa museum and other museums and Gamla Stan was easily accessible by ferry.

So well located for the ABBA museum, and a 10 minute ferry ride to the old town. Right next door to the amusement park. What's not to like? Staff were helpful and attentive, and the included breakfast was superb. Would highly recommend.
