Comfort Hotel Norrköping

The location was good and parking was easy. Our room was nice but the sheets were not clean. The breakfast was awesome and the receptionists friendly and helpful.

Lovely, big hotel in the city centre. Professional, friendly, helpful staff, amazing buffet breakfast with a wide choice. The only thing I did not like was the lack of a swimming pool.

This hotel has very welcoming staff, spacious rooms which are well equipped and a great breakfast!

First of all, the customer service with both Hotels.com & Comfort Hotel was atrocious! Neither could help me with my booking. After FINALLY getting in contact with an actual person at Hotels.com they did NOT resolve my issue. Comfort Hotel did not want to either. What was the issue? I accidentally booked 1 day before I was arriving. I called Hotels.com within 5 minutes of my mistake and 3 weeks before my arrival, spent 2 hours trying to make a simple date change. Did they accomplish this? Absolutely NOT! Comfort Hotel did not help me either! What a joke. It's apparent neither entity wants to truly help their customers. I ended up paying for an overpriced room (actually it was more like a closet, I thought someone was playing a joke on me). $150 US dollars down the drain, not to mention the disastrous travel situation this put me in. It's obvious Hotels.com & Comfort Hotel will pass the buck and play shell games with their customers to swindle them out of their hard earned cash. Please do not waste your time, money, or vacation with companies unwilling to even remotely care about their customers.

Very clean. Really nice staff. In the room we had a bed, a chair, a telly, closet and bathroom. Not much else. It's all you need. Good breakfast for vegans.

Funktionsdugligt rum, dock dammigt vilket drog ner betyget. Dålig tv-signal gjorde att bilden blev pixlig och det inte gick att titta. Sängen för hård för min smak. Ok frukost. Trevligt bemötande av personal. Bra parkering i garage. Bra läge.

Bra frukost med färskt bröd och fin äggröra med bra stekt bacon. Överlag ett bra hotell jag kan återvända till

Alltid trevligt att komma hit. Fina rum och god frukost och bra service. Enkelt att parkera utanför hotellet och nära till centrum.

Already when we arrived we complained about that the rooms was smaller than booked. No reaction from reception insted we had to pay to get one bigger room. The room booked was supposed to be 15m² but after measuring it is ONLY 7 sqm! Seven and not 15 as booked!! No excuse from Comfort, blamed Hotels.com but we checked other sites and both had 14 sqm. After giving bad review for check-in we got refund for the extra fee for the bigger room. The act from staff and management show deep dishonest behaviour. Never this hotel again.

Smidigt, bra läge och fräscht hotell. Perfekt för en natt eller två.

Vill rekommendera detta hotell å det varmaste den var underbar i design service vänlighet renlighet har ju alla aspekter du kan tänka dig dessutom ligger den på bekvämt promenadavstånd från centrala stan

Bra hotel med bra läge. Frukosten va inte klar helt med att det saknades lite av utbudet andra morgonen vilket drar ner upplevelsen.
