Elite Hotel Marina Tower, Spa & Resort

The property itself was a great place to stay, clean and comfortable, with pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts were exceptional. Did not use the restaurant in the evening. Access to the commuter ferry was excellent. Unfortunately local road works meant we were unable to walk to Sodermalm over the nearest bridge and it was difficult to find an alternative pedestrian route.

This is my second weekly stay at the Elite Marina Tower Hotel in Stockholm and my days there have always been quite special! I highly recommend getting a room with a view of the water, as it is spectacular. The staff is wonderful and took care of all my needs, especially Milan and Cornelius at the front desk whose level of service is extraordinary. The beds are quite comfortable and the on site workout room and spa are a real plus! Highly reccommded!

It was good except having requested a double bed we were given two single ones. It was only rectified on the third night when transfer to another room was made. Not satisfactory for two nights

Located perfectly for use of the ferries, which we used many many times. Hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods, all tasty and was eaten in a lovely setting. Staff were friendly & helpful too. Used the pool, and very much enjoyed the time there.

Fabulous hotel right on the water. If you can, book a sea view as we did; it adds to the luxury and general experience of an excellent hotel. I really loved that there was a bath and very good shower in the bathroom and the addition of such nice toiletries was a welcome touch. We ate in the restaurant and had the most delicious meal. The service from everyone we came into contact with was exceptional. Thr hotel seems a long way from central Stockholm, but we took the ferry from outside daily and thought it convenient and good value for money. We certainly didn't feel isolated, although if this is what you want, you van certainly find quiet space. I will certainly return here on my next trip to Stockholm and would duggest you do too.

Well, to start with, the hotel itself is really nice. We had a family room for 7 nights, it was clean and spacious, with a kettle and a bar with drinks and snacks (for a fee). Lots of options you can choose for breakfast, no smoked salmon as someone pointed out in their review, but marinated herring was truly magnificent. SPA is booked separately for a fee from reception. There was some conference held in the hotel during our stay, didn't affect us at all. Transport. Don't buy transfer to the hotel, unless you arrive in the dead of the night. Arlanda Express or Flixbus will take you to the central station. Best option, especially if you are going to move around a lot, is to download SL app and buy ticket for the duration of your stay. This will give you unlimited access to all that is marked SL (boats, buses, trams, metro and commuter trains). Scan the barcode on your phone when boarding and you're sorted. Public transport is awesome in Stockholm. To get to the hotel, you can walk to Nybroplan (15-18 minutes) and get commuter boat 80, 2nd stop is yours (Saltsjöqvarn), entrance to the hotel is 50 meters away. Or you can get bus route 53 and walk, that is longer and more painful. Food. Have your lunch and dinner in the centre, there is a giant swarm of restaurants and caffe there. Or, if you feel like a sandwich, there is a Co-op and an ICA supermarket withing walking distance. Otherwise, the location is quiet and beautiful, people are friendly, we totally enjoyed our stay.

Hotel located on very nice view in front of the river with minutes walking to ferry dock. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Will booking again if I come back.

Our room had an amazing view of the water and the countless boats of all types. Loved the breakfast buffet and the super convenient ferry stop right outside, not so much use of the hotel gym was an extra charge and cable tv selection was extremely limited.

Although a huge hotel, this was the quietest room we have ever stayed in. The room itself was beautiful and furnished to a high standard. There's the added extra of being able to choose to have different pillows delivered to the room for no extra charge. My ergonomic pillow made for a great night's sleep. Rooms can only be accessed using the room key which also operates the lift. As a result, it felt very safe. Breakfast was epic! If it wasn't at the buffet, I doubt it existed. Everything you could wish for from cold meats and hummus to scrambled eggs, bacon and home made muesli. Too much to list here but kept us satisfied all day. Staff were very friendly and informed about local services such as ferries times (frequent) Nothing was too much trouble for them. The only thing that was tricky was the parking outside the hotel. We parked there to drop off our bags before checking in. You must get a 30 minute permit from the hotel reception and display this in your car asap. We did this and were still issued a parking fine. The hotel staff were great and emailed the parking company to explain we had followed the rules and the fine was cancelled. Yet another example of their fantastic customer service. Car parking is very convenient around the corner and competitively priced. Using the parking app is the most convenient way to pay and the hotel has parking on two floors of a multi storey just for their guests. This is accessed using the hotel's pass code in a lift so very secure.

Beautiful property just a lovely ferry ride away from the city center. Very comfortable beds, great breakfast and wonderful staff! Will stay here again next time we’re in Stockholm!

Maid service

My stay was very nice. The staff were hospitable and very helpful. It was close to the Viking Ferry terminal, where I needed to be early in the morning. I missed the breakfast on the second day because I had to depart early, but the staff made sure I had a bagged breakfast to take with me. I loved the location and the fact that it was on the water was very relaxing.

Everything very nice. However, bathtub was very tall and did not have a rubber mat, so I was nervous about falling. Breakfast was very crowded.

Great location by taking the #80 boat to center ! So super cool and convenient. Hotel was clean , breakfast was excellent and restaurant gourmet but not overpriced (for Sweden). Very comfortable

The hotel restaurant and bar are excellent choices for an evening bite and drinks. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. Beautiful waterfront view from our room. Would absolutely stay again.
