Forenom Aparthotel Stockholm Flemingsberg

Good enough for 12 year old twin boys, myself and my 67 year old mother. Very convenient to the train into Stockholm and a big grocery store. There was sand on the floor and a cigarette butt in one of the bedrooms that we had to clean up when we arrived. The washing machine was not working. We called the number listed but no one ever came to fix it. The dishwasher was also not properly hooked up. We fixed that. They also had mostly the wrong pans to use for the induction stovetop. The manufacturer’s manuals for the appliances were not for the make/models that were actually in the unit. Everything about the unit was cheap. That’s okay if you just need a quiet place to sleep close to the train station. I would not recommend staying here if you want to cook at all, use the in unit laundry or the dish washer.

BEWARE! Upon arrival I found the room in filthy condition. *Filthy sofa-bed (debris, vaseline, rag, inhaler) found b/c I could not find the TV remote. *Sticky floors under the kitchen table and entryway to the main bedroom *significantly stained couch/sofa-bed *repair tool sitting next to lamp in the 2nd bedroom; did not dare use the lamp *medicated eye drops in windowsill of main bedroom This left us very uneasy as the unit had very obviously not been properly nor thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. And cleanliness was of the utmost importance to us given the purpose of our stay was to visit my BIL who is in critical care at the hospital nearby. I requested a refund for the 3 of 4 nights that went unused due to a gross oversight of not only standard cleaning practices, but most certainly of the "enhanced cleanliness measures" advertised on Forenom’s site. I provided pictures to Forenom which strangely did not concern the Forenom customer service team. I received the following response: “There will be no refund. If there would have been any problems upon arrival the guest must contact us and we will change the room or in other ways help out to solve the situation. This has not been made in this case and therefore there will be no refund." The accommodations were definitely not as described & customer service completely lacked empathy & regard for these circumstances despite evidence of wrong-doing on Forenom's part. Will provide pics upon request!

The stay started off a bit wobbly as there was a lot of time lost due to the security code needed to enter. But once i got that sorted it went absolutely flawless. I have even extended my stay with another two weeks, in a bigger room.

Excellent apart-hotel, but nearby room doors closes too loudly and ventilation is a bit noisy too.

A nice tidy placed.... There was no room service at all... I stayed there for 9 nights and the room was never attended to... I sent an email since there's no one at the site to address and or attend to any concerns regarding shampoo replenishment and I haven't heard back yet 😕

I loved that I didn't have a key and didn't have to worry about losing it. I was very pleasantly surprised when my husband and I went out and while we were out, our room was refreshed. I only wish there was air conditioner. It was extremely hot and we could only open the window. So, it was good that the weather was cool outside.

Stayed for 3 nights in a single studio and I have to say it was a very pleasant stay, would definitely come back. The studio had it's own bathroom and the kitchenette was fully fitted with hob, microwave, all kitchen utensils. The design of the studio was very nice! It was definitely value for money! Would recommend it to anyone thinking staying a few nights in Stockholm.

There were no extra blankets or sheets in the room. I liked the overall cleanliness and the fact that there was no reception, wish the code could have been sent earlier as I had to call customer service to receive the code.

Almost fully automated hotel. Everything went as expected but there was a little bit problem with room's temperature. In overall my rating is 4/5

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Studio room with bathroom and kitchenette. Close to Flemingsberg station and 2 supermarkets. Gym downstairs. But slightly tricky to get to the entrance.

Clean room, close to transportation, excellent amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book again.

Convenient location, good communication links, and good value for money

It was very tidy and clean, the security was good, the location is excellent.

Every thing was good.....but their was no service and cleaning in the second day. Regards Dr Zuhair

Room was quiet, roomy and modern with large bed and two door fridge, microwave and oven. Keyless and cordless access to lobby, lifts and room was via a pass code provided by email for entry using touchpads. Combined with two grocery stores nearby, it was good (and cheaper) to have the option to cook our own meals. Flemingsberg railway station provided a nearby link into downtown Stockholm.

Wai a very quiet place to stay. Had good sleep for three night. Easy to check in and out. That was a good idea they using pass code. I didn’t need to ware about to loss the key.

The place is great... once you get in. We got in early, about 30 mins. and as it turns out you don’t get the code you punch in until 3 pm. not even into the lobby to wait. The system is not great specially for international travelers who don’t have a cell phone plan. Eventually we were able to call so someone came over to let us in to wait. Once we got our code we tried it and it wouldn’t work, we happened to spot a house keeping attendant that came over and tried the code with no luck, so she call someone that came down, did something on her phone and finally it worked. After all that the stay was great, but the check in process was a pain in the neck
