Old Town Stay Hotel

I like the location of the hotel. It is historical and convenient.

I did not receive instructions with the building and luggage room codes until after my first morning there. That was a bit of a pain to deal with, but your staff was great about it, and very helpful.

This Hotel was wonderful from the beginning to end -sad to leave! Affordaböe, comfortable, easy and everthing i needed! Highly recommend

The hotel is clean and comfortable, providing all basic necessities (except shampoo or conditioner), and our room did not have a bathtub (just a zero-clearance shower with drain in the floor). Small kitchenette with conventional, refrigerator, teapot, sink, and set of dishes/silverware, but no microwave. Floors 3 and 4 are not accessible by elevator. Nice location for visiting Gamla Stan (the old city). Close access to public transport. Breakfast is amazing--restaurant is clean and the food is fresh (cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, eggs, Vienna sausages, cereals, yogurt, dried fruit, and a variety of bread, coffee, tea, and juices). Good value for your money.

Walkable to gamla station and in the heart of old town. Good price, but terrible WiFi and poor air circulation from in rooms. The essentials were there and decent breakfast buffet was included.

The room was fine, but at the entrance it really smelled bad

Nästan obefintlig service. Receptionen öppen mellan 15 och 21. Saknades handdukar på rummet, men då receptionen var stängd kunde detta inte fixas. Rätt illa.

Very clean

Hotel was very clean and extremely well located in the center of Gamla Stan. The room was a little small but we didn’t care much.

Lovely accommodation just off the main areas in Old Town. Lift was broken so there were quite a few stairs, and reception could be a little hard to get ahold of for checkin/checkout/luggage storage. Otherwise, very nice stay, breakfast was amazing and location fantastic too.

The rooms were okay, clean and renovated. The area is nice, right in the center of the old town. The only surprising thing was that the reception is not available for 24h. Reception would open starting from 3PM. If you arrive earlier you need to call some phone number and they would tell you the code to get in. But the location and the area around it beat this.

The hotel was in a great area, room was very clean and new looking. Lovely stay.

Foul Smell, no Elevator, mediocre breakfast, nonfunctional lights and exhaust fan in bathroom, no access for Taxi and no one available at reception for most of the day.

Nice small hotel in the center of Old town. Very suitable for 1-2 nights stay, but if you stay longer you will probably experience the rooms being very small. No room for a bigger suitcase. Check in went quickly, though the person who greeted us was not to nice. He sounded a bit irritated and just wanted the check in to go as fast as possible. Breakfast was okay, not the best one but totally eatable.

This lovely hotel was right in the heart of Old Town - Gamla Stan so convenient to everything. There is no air conditioning so make sure to get a window- which was perfect for cool Stockholm nights. We had a great queen size bed with efficiency kitchen and full bath. Breakfast was included which was terrific! Very charming!!!

Horrible service of staff and facilities. Way too small and hot. Our room was not cleaned and they said there was nothing they could do. They gave attitude when we requested clean towels and bed sheets. Would not recommend at all. The service desk is also always closed so unable to get help. Saw a lot of people frustrated over this when we got there. Horrible stay.

Rude people, terrible small rooms, shower design is so bad that when someone showers, the entire bathroom floor gets wet, so small, can’t open two regular size suitcases unless you put them in top of the bed. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs were great!

Really great value! We booked an apartment with a private shower and a kitchenette, and enjoyed being able to cook our own meals whenever we were too tired or too cheap to go out to eat. There's a grocery store literally a block away. The room was very clean, the kitchenette had everything we needed and more: a full- sized fridge and freezer, an oven, pots and pans, cups/dishes, cutlery, and an electric kettle. US guests may miss a coffee maker and a microwave, but we found it marvellously comprehensive. There's a good buffet breakfast in the morning, too!

I never stayed here, property was not clean. No bathroom in the room, no plugs in the wall to charge phone, i can see the neighbors room from hole in wall. I left after 30 minutes and asked for a refund. Zero.
