The hotel hosted youth soccer teams that ran the halls all hours of the night. They loudly banged on doors and windows. It was only somewhat quiet between 1am-4am. I complained at the reception. They said they had tried to quiet them down, but I can’t say that I believe them.

Där saknades en barnsäng som vi bokat och självklart skapar det lite problem när man checkar in kl 23.00.
Men dem grymma tjejerna i receptionen löste alla problem med hög service, kunskap och ett leende hela tiden. Vi är mer än nöjda

Scandic hotels are pretty consistent, you know what you're getting and this one did not disappoint. Great service from the staff and the restaurant was good too. Even if I won't be back to this particular scandic, it gives me the confidence to stay in one of their many other hotels across Scandinavia.

Tyvärr en besvikelse gällande det handikappanpassade rummet. Det var alldeles för trångt för att kunna röra sig fritt med rullstol, både i rummet och i badrummet.
Dessutom fanns en ihållande, äcklig lukt från avloppet som påverkade upplevelsen negativt. Inte den standard man förväntar sig av ett tillgänglighetsanpassat rum.

Vi har bott på scandic många gånger när vi är ute och reser, men vid ankomst var restaurangen stängd, vi var ett rätt stort sällskap på 20 personer som skulle vidare på hockeycup dagen efter och frågade om dom kunde öppna frukosten 15 min tidigare då de va snöoväder, detta har aldrig varit nått problem innan. Vi går ändå ner till frukosten tidigare och kollar in å vi blir tillsagda att vinintresserade får vara där inne trots frukosten är framdukad. Detta va kanske de sämsta bemötande av servicepersonal jag varit med om. Sen poolen kan man ju höja 10 grader så de går att bada.

Trevlig personal både i receptionen och restaurangen. Barnen fick välkomstdrink, vilket de uppskattade. Fina rum, sliten korridor på bottenvåningen på väg till rummet. Fri parkering.
