Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. Thank you SBL dago & the app. And also thank you very much for the anniversary surprise, we love it!

There was a bit Aircon problem when I checked in at the initial day but the Supervisor handled situation very well and managed to move me to another upgraded room for complimentary; appreciate the efforts. The overall stay was great Hotel facility and staffs hospitality were awesome as well as the food. View from 18th floor was magnificent by overlooking Makassar’s iconic new Mosque moreover the sunset gazing experience was unforgettable. I would like to rebook this property sometime in the future. I was in Family Room. Overall satisfying. Rooms are clean and surprisingly huge! Air Con took a while to get cold. Pool has shallow one for kids. Breakfast OK. Staff are friendly. They have bellboys standby. The only disappointing thing is the check-in process took forever.

Our company regularly use the hotel for our international staff following arrival in Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) and overnighting before their domestic connecting flights. As part of the management team and resident in Indonesia we regularly check the hotels to ensure they meet our requirements and offer the facilities and comforts that we provide our staff. I am delighted to say that my 'fact finding' stay was excellent, starting from the airport pick-up and the quick ride to the hotel and then the courteous front desk staff. Great first impressions. The bed and pillows (as other have commented upon) are delightful which ensured a good nights sleep. The included breakfast was comprehensive and the staff exemplary, in helpfulness and courtesy. I couldn't have asked for more. We have made a fine choice with this hotel for our staff and I would recommend it to any person transiting on a long layover in CGK or simply breaking their journey-you will be so glad that you did so by staying at the Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. Highly recommended.

This is my second time to spend time with my family in this hotel. The most loveable from this hotel is the sea view, the food, and the swimming pool. All hotel staff is great 👍🏼

Located in City center of Medan, I was given an amazing experience by Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Air Conditioner and Hot Water Working properly. Room very comfy, Breakfast OK, many choices. And two Minimart in front of Hotel. Thanks Swiss-Belinn Gajah Mada Medan and Thanks Traveloka 👏

I had a very amazing stay in Swiss-Belhotel Jambi. The room is spacious and clean with complete amenities. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I am sure that I will stay back at this hotel when I come to Jambi someday in the future.

My room was upgraded to family room which is very satisfying with 2 couches and pool view balcony. Very close to Kuta center that so easy to find good restaurants. Amenities were complete eventhough I didn't use them all

We've reserved a couple of rooms for our small family of 4 and were allocated with the ones with connecting door during check-in which was quite helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and overall meeting our needs who only stay for a night. The location is in the city centre and very near with Burger King, KFC, and Mandiri bank. Recommended for a cost-friendly hotel in Cilegon city area.

My review: this place is great and comfortable. I came here for anniversay staycation. They provide wide parking lot, garden, swimming pool and fitnessplace. I love the room is so spacious. Got bathub, and mini walking closet. The staffs also so kind and informative. One thing I love the most is the breakfast, food is so delicious. Love it. My constructive feedback: you guys might want to add towel bars on the bathroom. So then we could hang the towel after use.

One interesting thing of the hotel is the guest can enjoy traditional Lok Baintan Floating Market trip for free. Keep it up!

The hotel is really close to several landmarks and famous places, so you can enjoy your holidays even more. The facilities are also great and the service is really nice. Very very recommended to stay in Jakarta.

hotel is clean and bright, the location is perfect, near from everywhere, the staff are very kind & helpfull, defineatly will recomend to my family and friend to stay in swissbell jogja.

The hotel has upgraded their Interior and it looks quite modern now and meets the 4 star standard. The room was great exactly what the picture shows, good amenities, breakfast was nice too with a good view. Definitely recommend.
