Outstanding service! Exceptional staff and facilities!

Nice room, very helpful staff. Only sore point was noise from re ovation works.

The hotel was under renovation which was mentioned when we booked but the extent of revelations was minimised. There was a whole section that’s closed and the property not at its optimum state. However, service was great as well as location. Just check what extent the renovations are so you’re not surprised when you arrive.

This beautiful hotel is located centrally, walkable to most points of interest, and the staff are incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. Celebrated a special event and the concierge team went over and above to make it happen. Lifelong memory for which I will always be grateful.

Excellent customer service, beautiful accommodations and excellent location

The nicest hotel in which I have stayed in Switzerland with a stunning view of the lake from my large and comfortable room. The in-room hammam was a great extra. The hotel is also a short walk from Geneva’s shopping district.

I had a great experience at the hotel!

Noise outside the room and breakfast was an issue.

We only stayed here for one night but I wish we had more time! The staff was very friendly. Our reservation didn't immediately show up on our arrival, and because of the slight "inconvenience", we were upgraded to a suite! The bathtub was luxurious and the view was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious experience!

Fantastic hotel. The only negative was the attempt in up selling the hotel room on dropping our bags off.
