This is my usual hotel for when i come to RK for work. Love the hotel, clean, professional and amazing showers. Look forward to returning!

nice, clean and practical

Clean, friendly staff and convenient location.

Perfect place to stay in Rotkreuz. Across the street from train station and bus stop. Clean, quiet, very helpful staff.

Completely closed on a Sunday night, so a bit of a struggle to get a room key, and nowhere to get dinner. Try not to arrive there on a Sunday evening. Everything else was good.

Generally a nice hotel and convenient next to the train station. What was dissappointing and with understanding how difficult Covid makes things but the restauarant was shut and no breakfast avaialble although booked as B&B. I woukd suggest they inform you at point of booking. You could eat at 2 Street food places which were very good but only use the hotel terrace to 20.00 hours.also travelling from the UK limited UK TV channels.

Great location, comfortable bed, easy self-checkin procedure, big room with sufficient ammenities. Since the reception isn't always staffed, I cannot say I had full peace of mind during my stay (as a very frequent traveller I had far too many experiences in the past coming back late at night to a hotel and finding my magnetic roomkey not working, for example), but this time all worked out well and I can only guess they have good reasons for the limited reception times. I would come back as a solo traveller, however the full lack of bathroom privacy (glass wall with see-through curtains on both shower and toilets) would make me hesitate to come back and share a room with friends or colleagues. Overall, however, it was still quite good value for money in the region.

Hotel is new and very comfortable. Desserts in restaurant really nice. Bikes are really nice and new. Breakfast was good too.

Overall, the hotel was good. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. For the area, it is great deal. My only complaint is that it was hot in the room and there was no air circulation so it felt very stuffy. There is no way to adjust the temp from the room, you have to ask someone at the desk. When I asked, I was told it would take 6 hours to cool down. That wasn't a problem as I was going off to work, but when I returned it was still hot. I was given a fan and told to open the window. The window only opens a crack, and it is very noisy outside due to the train station and construction so sleeping with the window open isn't pleasant. That said, once I had opened the window and realized how noisy it was outside, I was impressed by how quiet the room is when the window is closed. Still, you have to choose whether to be kept awake by the noise or the heat. In winter this hotel may be ok, but I would stay away in warmer weather.

Comfortable stay, good food, good WiFi. Close to Lucerne. Only downside was inability to change temperature in room.

This hotel is right across the street from the Rotkreuz train stop, a two minute walk. There are several business locations nearby, making it very convenient for business travel. The front desk and restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel however they don't have air conditioning so it was a little bit too warm. Nice big bathroom, comfy beds, plenty of wardrobe space. Excellent continental breakfast but occasionally I had to wait for the scrambled eggs to be restocked!

Excellent location for business. Very clean and professional.

Perfect location for the town. Easy walking to get around. Staff was cordial and did their job, but didn't go out of their way ... like fact answering robots. Room was very nice, although the fully open and glass bathroom would be odd if it weren't just me, especially since it is in complete view of the hallway.

The restaurant at this hotel was fantastic for dinner
