Check-in automate was broken, nobody on site. Had to work with staff by phone to even get room keys including rebooting the check-in automate. In the aftermath I ended up getting charged twice for the stay because of this and hotel refused to reimburse, claiming that it is just a hold while it is clearly a double booking. Worst experience. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place. Hotel provides ear plugs as it is so loud from traffic that sleeping without is impossible.

Hotel is self-checkin. Parking is outside in the public street in front of hotel but with reserved places. Internet is good. Room has a small radiator. If you put in the machine reservation number from Hotels it do not work only with scan ID. Room was large and clean and quite good price, but would be perfect to be also breakfast included. Bed was not confortable.

Free covered car parking, Clean room and Low price. There was a reason of low price. There are no staff at the hotel.　 ebooker noticed an e-mail about the check in procedure will be sent me. but, it was nothing. We arrived the hotel, and started the check in by a machine. but, we could not get the room key, even we got a support by emergency call. Finally, a guy sent a staff to the hotel. but guy said it will take a hour. During waiting a staff, I tried to check in by the machine. I might do more than 10 times, the room key was come out. I took more than 2 hours to get in the room from arraving the hotel.

The location is good but with limited dining options in the area. Price is fair.

Great value and close to Zurich. Also close to a local mall and fast food restaurants (Mcdonald & Burger King). The room was good, but the bed was firm and pillows were flat. Great breakfast was free!

It was easy to drive to from Zurich airport. The dinner was very expensive we thought. Breakfast was included and delicious.. nice

The staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. The room was good for our needs. There was no AC which wasn't a really big hassle while we were there. It was an easy drive into Downtown Zurich. I would stay again.

It was what we needed. Excellent parking

Very basic hotel. Facilities were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Very stuffy rooms though as no air con, also no facilities in rooms to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee.

The hotel decor seemed new and fresh, the facilities were quite clean, and the two front desk employees who helped me check in/out were very friendly. However, the website transit directions were inaccurate, resulting in me disembarking the bus 1km away from the hotel, so I had to lug my baggage that distance, alone at night, and using google maps. (The receptionist checking me out gave me good directions to the bus stop just around the corner from the hotel for my return to the airport.) Also, there was no mention of the front desk hours in any of the listings or booking correspondence except that one must make arrangements for times outside of those hours, but because of the bus stop snafu, I just barely made it to the hotel in time to check in (23:00 on the nose)! Due to my late arrival, every dining option in the area was already closed save for McDonald's. When I returned from McD with my takeaway dinner, I could not get back into my room because I had somehow inadvertently locked the door behind me when I left, which I still have no idea how that happened. Fortunately the night receptionist was still downstairs closing down and was able to help me, but had I been just a few minutes later and she had already left for the night, what in the world would I have done?! Lastly, there was no shower door or curtain so my short shower ended up completely flooding the bathroom and I had to use all the towels to sop up the water so that I didn't fall on the wet, slippery tile.

Nice clean room. Good breakfast setup. Very friendly and smiley service! Was a very warm day and fan was not strong enough to cool the room in any way. Convenient as close to highway exit.

The rooms are basic, but I slept amazingly well -- ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel, and you will certainly not be disturbed by noise. Good value, but a bit far from the center (bus + train to get to Zurich).

Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was a perfect to be close to Lucerne and Zurich for site seeing. The spa was very nice and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and gave great advice on what to see and do while there. We hope to come back again some day.

A modern, cheaply fitted hotel in an industrial area next to a McDonalds. We got a crock in our neck from the terrible bed and cheap Cushions. There's no Air Con so the rooms are like saunas and it's too noisy outside to leave the window open at night. There's a single bed duvet on the double bed, which is silly. No top sheet. Awful bed linen, cheap mattress & awful cushions. We were missing a set of towels on 2 out of 3 days. Toiletries were never replaced, neither were the coffee capsules or the free water bottles. There's nobody at reception at night. Breakfast is basic, but adequate. A badly run, uncomfortable hotel. Will not stay again.

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are ok, but there is no aircon and no fan. You can't open windows either because of angry mosquitos outside. Breakfast (great) and free wifi are available.
