Stay was wonderful. Good enough just for 1 night. Its 15 mins walk away from train station. But the receptionist attending to me doesnt seem friendly.

The hotel is centrally located to all the shopping, dining and accessible to bus and train stations. The room is clean and spacious, staff are nice and friendly especially Evo and Fabian. The buffet breakfast is excellent!!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located, offered a Lucerne city card with each room for transportation and discounts. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff members were so helpful and friendly. They have a great continental breakfast we enjoyed.

The staff was tremendous. But rooms small bathroom very small . I’m disabled and had difficulty with the shower asked for another room and they did furnish us with a larger room. Shower was still small but had better accessibility. But very slippery.

Hotel service was excellent upon check in. Room was spacious, hotel could spend a little more attention to room maintenance. Shower head was loose and had to tighten prior to use. Breakfast was good.

The hotel provided great service, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were out all day but would probably have liked to have a lounge to sit in altogether in the hotel in the evening. The restaurant connected to the reception was closed.
It was a good area linked by a short walk to the centre and the old town with a main bus route to the station and also to the Pilatus cable car at Kriens less than 5 minutes walk from the front door.

This was a great place to stay. So affordable and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room had just what you needed. (There was even access to an ice machine for crazy ice-obsessed Americans.) Even though it was in a busy spot of town, it was totally quiet in the room. I was able to store my luggage on arrival and after checking out until my train that evening, so I saved about 20 CHF in locker fees. I would totally stay here again.

Not highly decorated or spacious, but sufficient for family of three. Beds were very comfortable. What they called a double bed was more like two twins arranged together, so more like a king size! Location was convenient. We walked the 10 minutes to the train station rather than use the bus.

Location is just perfect for strolling in beautiful Lucerne old town. Restaurants, shops and lake side are all in walking distance.
Hotel is comfortable, but a bit dated. Room and reception area are a bit old, but still clean.
