Clean room, staff was friendly and all amenities were great. We had a great stay here.

Clean room and bathroom. Feels homey and safe. Worth staying but the location is quite a walk from the main road.

It’s what you’d expect from a small budget hotel. It could benefit from some renovation/restoration but overall our stay was good. Pros: - very friendly and helpful staff - nice shared dining area with a fridge, microwave, cutlery, tea, and coffee for guests - good price for the area - great location, near the center of Interlaken; food, entertainment, shopping, and anything else you’d reasonably want to do in the area is a short walk away - the hotel and surrounding areas felt very safe - you get an Interlaken guest card which gets you benefits in the area (eg, free public transit) Cons: - washroom was in need of renovation or at least a deep clean, with visible black mold - there was a stain on the washroom door frame that resembled dried blood and should have been cleaned - walls are quite thin and sounds from vehicles outside may bother lighter sleepers - wifi was spotty and slow

There is no door person. Check in is the same as cashier as Chinese Restaurant. Hair dyer not working. No one to help when needed. Office close at 9:00 PM until the next morning. If help needed. No one there to help. Light in room is limited. Highly not recommended. There is not any staff service.

Overall good experience. Only cons : 1) Got 2 single beds when I booked for 1 big and 1 small bed 2) Breakfast has very limited options and slow service

While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road.

Really nice. Parking in the back is only from 19-7 free. Outside of that parking is pricey per day

Housekeeping would not refill or service rooms properly. Bed bugs issue at the property and front desk didn't help to change room

It wasn’t the best hotel room that I have stayed at the staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a good spread with different things to eat. The room however, was not what I was expecting, the bathroom was small and had a weird smell the bed was comfortable but the blanket and pillows were a weird texture. Overall it was ok and the staff were excellent
