Chose a hotel close to the train station as we had a very early train to catch and it was just a short walk away and was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Kipling. The staff were very friendly and helpful making the check in and out process easy. The room and bathroom was quite large making it perfect for two international travellers to open their suitcases and not have to climb over the top of things/each other. The room and bathroom were also exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the decorations and art work that depicted lots of history.

The hotel was great... Comfortable beds, nice decorations, quiet room, great breakfast, friendly staff and close to old town and transportation... The only thing was that the shower did not have a big enough curtain or door so it was difficult to take a shower without splashing water everywhere, but besides that I loved the hotel and highly recommended!!!

Didn’t love the area this hotel was in. The breakfast is not worth the money compared to other places. The staff was helpful, but ultimately it seems more of a business hotel than a vacation spot.

Ideal for station which is 5min walk,around a 15 min walk to lake Geneva so perfect for our stay.
Room like many across Europe, but had everything that was needed including a very comfy bed.
Breakfast had plenty of choice to set you up for the day.
Plenty of dining options in the surrounding streets.
