This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities for long term stay. It’s 8 minutes walk from the train station that takes you straight to central Zurich in 10 mins. There were several supermarkets at walkable distance and also some cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay which was clean, adorable and convenient!

This place is the best deal in Europe. You get a huge room a five minute walk to the HB. From there you’re looking at a ten minute ride into town. Less than half the price of anything else in the city. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Lots of little grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby.

The room was a very nice size and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately there were some bugs/spiders. Usually this isn't something i would complain about because its hard to avoid sometimes but there were enough for me to mention it. Our shower water also would not get warm/hot and we werent able to contact hotel staff because it was a weekend, so after long days of walking and activities we had to end with cold showers. The bathroom was very nice though. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that they provided a high quality fan. I feel like the issues that we had are easy fixes thats why I still rated this hotel fairly high.

90 minute check in process due to scanner broken, not finding my reservation, not accepting 2 of my cards, then charging my debit card TWICE! Finally, your machine ran out of key cards. I missed my meeting that I flew 9 hours for!!!!
Absolutely no help on telephone where it just disconnecting. Nightmare.

On the expidia webpage the property says it is close to old town Zurich, but it was located in a residential area very far from the city, we had to learn how to use the train system to get there, because finding an Uber or taxi in the area became a challenge because they canceled it again and again they never arrived. For us the worst part was that they do not have air conditioning in the room, imagine at the middle of summer with no AC caused us terrible discomfort.

Hotel was very clean, modern and updated. I wasn’t fond of the self check in due to the fact that I was having issues with the reservation number that was sent to me and most of staff spoke very little English to assist. They did allow me to leave my bags while we explored the city until our flight left which was very nice. I would definitely come back!
Also, no a/c just a nice fan, luckily it wasn’t too warm in the room.

I was surprised by the fact that on arrival there was no reception area and check in had to be virtual.
The process did not work well, given that after check in I did not a get the key to the room that I had been assigned! I had to call their main number three times to get someone from the restaurant to give me the key.
Later in the room, the light as well as the safe was not working£ had to call the main number again.
Finally, at 7.20 am the next morning, building works started with a loud sound of drilling!

This hotel has all the amenities you can imagine , the problem is that you can see that the people operating it have no drive or vision . My room had a chargers and cables everywhere and looked messy and crowded. Surely not intended but nevertheless a distractor !

Loved the self service. The room was very relaxing, spacious and clean. Had shutter to block out light. Fridge, stove, complementary coffee, tea, water and sparkling water. Also a basket of apples at the check in kiosk was a great little touch. Quiet hotel very peaceful. Many supermarkets in walking distance. Train to airport is in walking distance and very easy to use and understand. Definitely want to come back and stay longer. Loved the neighborhood, people and just the atmosphere in general. Thank you for everything. 5 stars all around.
Will recommend maybe a kiosk to buy or rent universal adapters. And not much is open late.
