This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again.

Enjoyed our stay.. Great size room and very clean. Only slight drawback was some noise from the passing trains but otherwise a great choice.

This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again.

On this same trip, we stayed at hotels in Chamonix France, Mercure Paris airport, and Nash at Geneva Airport. This tiny hotel in a tiny town of Moutier Switzerland is more expensive than any of those. While we have a loyalty to the Swiss and especially to the town of Moutier, this price is ridiculous and is obvious gouging of the locals. (Who else would come north to Moutier except those with a kinship connection?) The staff is very nice and very friendly, commensurate with the personalities in a small town like Moutier. But, cmon... people in Switzerland complain about being riffed by MiddleEasterners in that part of the world, but I'd say the Oasis has outdone them, especially in consideration of the location (not even in the Alps or a resort) and the minimal hotel amenities. I think next time we will stay down at the Cheval Blanc or maybe even in Biel.

Hotel was nice but the front desk was only open from morning to afternoon. I came in at night and left early in the morning so I was not able to check in or out with anyone. Your room card for after hours arrival was left on the counter. If you had any problems there was no one there to help you.

This is a good hotel but it's over an hour and a half drive from Bern! Everything else was good. But if you're Travelling to Bern I would suggest booking closer...

I am very satisfied with the hotel:
+ friendly staff
+ very close to supermarkets and restaurant
+ comfortable bed and pillows
+ mini bar (empty), coffee machine and kettle in the room
+ good quality of breakfast (4 types of bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs)
+ quiet neighbourhood
I have two small concerns:
- Sound isolation between rooms is not perfect, I could clearly hear the TV from the neighbour room.
- Mini bar is plugged to a normal socket, so it switches off when I leave the room for multiple hours. Mini bar should be on all the time to keep the content cold.
