This hotel exceeded all expectations with its spectacular view and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff were attentive and the overall experience was peaceful and rejuvenating. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

A complete disappointment on my 2nd stay at this hotel. The hotel is seriously falling apart. A luxury junior suite with a lake view had overgrown bushes / could barely see the lake. And holes in the patio furniture made it a non-welcoming experience. After sometime negotiating with management, I was moved to a suite in the original building. It was nice but the Air Conditioning went out… It felt like staying in a sauna during a holiday. Not fun! The property is in dire beed of restoration! Definitely not 5 stars and definitely not worthy of an accolade from The Leading Hotels of the World. All that said, I do appreciate the follow up email received from the general manager when I reached to him vis LinkedIn.

Great hotel in a perfect location overlooking Vevey with easy trip in to town via the funicular.

I booked this as a second part to a trip with my husband on his birthday and the place is an absolute gem! The views, room, service and food were all excellent.

Positive notes: The staff is welcoming and helpful. The main property is quite nice and has amazing views, the breakfast has a nice selection as well. Negative notes: I decided to upgrade my stay to a deluxe room and I am very glad I did the bathroom was very outdated and had a small tub with poor water pressure. Out of the 2 other low price range hotels and 1 BnB I booked while in Switzerland this was hands down the lowest quality of them all which was unexpected for the price of the room. My wife and I were enjoying the pool area when asked to leave at 21:45 (15 minutes before it closed) Overall: if you’re paying to stay in new wing of the hotel I’m sure it is an amazing experience, but if you’re staying in the “historic” wing then expect to enjoy the public areas of this hotel and not your room and it’s privacy.

Incredible views and helpful staff. Decor is a tad dated and a bit inconvenient to get to from town, but lovely place to stay.

I can only rave about how amazing this property is. The rooms, the amenities, the staff, it was impeccable from start to finish. Not only were my needs met, they were anticipated and exceeded. The spa was fantastic, the food exceptional, and the staff truly excited to ensure a great experience. I originally may have thought the price was a bit high, but believe me it is worth every Franc! Cannot wait to stay here again, the best hotel!
