I love the location of the hotel on the river in old town. It was very convenient to walk around the area. We took a boat to one of their sister property restaurants, which was probably one of the best meals of our trip. Called Buech… amazing food!

The hotel has been renovated since my last visit in 2018 and it is magnificent. If it is your first time in Zurich, I don't know of a better place to stay. Only drawback is if you have rented a car, the initial approach to the hotel and GPS directions to the hotel are sketchy, but any other form of transport is right around the corner and would be easy! I will be back!

Room was perfect . We had a view overlooking the river and the swans . Breakfast and dinner was incredible. Staff were friendly and very attentive. A perfect spot to start our vacation.

Staff was friendly and generally concerned we enjoyed our stay. great boutique hotel and exactly what we were looking for as far as European feel. It's very close to everything we were interested in which was history, shopping and the Christmas markets which were one of the best we visited in our 7-day Viking cruise and 3 days in Zurich.

Booked a lake view room and the view was nice, but rooms were small and not much was included with the stay, not even breakfast, so at almost $1000 a night i would not consider this hotel worth it and would not stay here again.
