Excellent stay. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms are perfectly maintained, very clean, and well equipped. Housekeeping is outstanding and pays attention to every detail. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Overall, everything—from the rooms to the service and cleanliness—was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.

As usual the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic festive stay. There was a couple of issues that were listened to and promptly resolved by manager Natalie. We really appreciate excellent customer service.
Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Merry Christmas to all at the Dolder and we look forward to seeing you soon again.

I despise these surveys. Ghastly box-ticking exercises that waste both my time and my ability to live. The Dolder, however, is worthy of the highest praise. The staff are delightful, the rooms commodious and the breakfast? I have just received another letter asking whether or not I, like some pathetic three year-old, “liked the breakfast at the Dolder”. Ooo gosh it was yummy! The breakfast at the Dolder is like El Greco’s ‘Burial of the Count of Orgaz’. It is perfection, it has no flaws. Can you leave me alone now?

Spectacular place! Spent 4 nights here and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk, concierge, front door, & drivers. I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful hotel. This gem above the city of Zurich is a tranquil retreat surrounded by lush forest. The spa and restaurants are amazing! I highly recommend the Dolder and hope to stay here again sometime.

Do not waste your time or money with this hotel. You have way better options in Zurich. This Hotel is extremely highly priced for mediocre service, bad food, no view from almost all rooms, our room was not ready until 4 pm, had to go thru 4 rooms and ended up in the first one as all the rest had a wort view. The Dolder Grand is breathtaking in every way; property, views, amenities, and service. I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels around the world, and this one is absolute perfection. My room was upgraded, which turned an already special trip into a magical experience.
Although I didn’t get to enjoy the Michelin restaurant since it was closed for a wedding, I’ll definitely be back to try it on my next visit. I also had an incredible facial at the spa that left me feeling completely refreshed.
An amazing, memorable stay from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful property. We tried to Omakaze restaurant which was an absolute treat. The hotel breakfast is unparalleled. The spa is also quite lovely. The only complaint is that taxis to and from town are pricey, but for the traveler who wants a property where they do not have to leave, it is absolutely wondetful. The bar is also fantastic and the rooms modern and clean. The rooms are also temperate controlled appropriately, especially considering AC is not common in Switzerland. Fabulous property-top notxh!

We checked in, the room smelled like cigarettes, they did move us after telling us they upgraded us to a smaller room. Also, they did not tell us that their sports facility which included the kids pool was closed for renovation. I was very disappointed with the service.
