We arrived just around sunset to a barrier without clear i dications so we had to call the hotel reception to get directions, turns out the hotel is in a gated community area and no cars allowed, electric cars run the facility they came and picked us up from the parking, went theought the narrow streets of saas fee with all the beautiful shops and bars, checked in with the most polite and helpful staff, the room was somehow causy and small but very clean and comfortable with awesome mountain and town views. All in all it was a great experience which made us want to come back and spend more time at the Dom and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere at saas fee.

The hotel was renovated/done up with a modern twist and most of it looked pretty good and modern. We enjoyed the efforts made by the staff to feel comfortable, check in smooth as was check out. Room was actually larger than expected, offering all we needed/wanted. A cosy restaurant with good food, a breakfast complete, in short very nice time spend and we certainly will be back.

We stayed here in early March for the tail end of the ski season and had an enjoyable time. The rooms, while small, were comfortable and cozy. The website describes the bathrooms as partially open, which in our room meant that the toilet and a sink were in a separate room, while the shower opened directly off the bedroom with a sink beside it. This is fine for a romantic getaway (as ours was) but something you may want to consider if you're planning to share a room with someone who is not your significant other. Our rate included breakfast, which was ample and tasty. We had supper in the hotel restaurant once, which was good, though there are so many restaurant options in Saas Fee I'd recommend getting out into the village and trying a few of them, rather than eating at the hotel repeatedly. The staff were generally helpful whenever we had a question or request. A few things to note for your stay, if you're here to ski: - the hotel wasn't able to assist with pre-purchasing lift tickets, so we had to go to one of the ticket windows in the village and wait in line for about an hour to get our passes. -the transfer to the hotel took us quite a while. From Geneva, it took us a little over 3 hours to get there. -you can rent skis / boots at Cesar Sport. There are at least 3 in the village, so go to the one right beside the Alpin Express lift (hotel staff can show you on the map) and ask them to store your skis / boots there.

We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect. Great location in Saas Fee. Room with bath was perfect for aching joints... TV and Ipad were good and free wireless access was good around all the hotel. However although snow was great skiing in Saas Fee is not the best resort for a short 4 day break.

The Dom was truly an amazing place in every sense of the word! My husband and I were in Saas Fe hiking and found the Dom before our arrival. From the incredible breakfast each morning, to drinks on the deck after hiking, to the absolutely incredible gourmet dinner; the Dom was by far the most excellent lodging on our four week trip! Would go back to Saas Fe in a heart beat and wouldn't think about staying anywhere else!!!

Top Notch Service, from check in to check out. Fresh water daily. Fridge with nothing in it to store your beverages and what not. Apples and a healthy approach to breakfast and meals. Wonderful shower. Very techy room with a heavenly view. Staff even referred us to a dentist for my son who needed a temporary filling. One of my favorite hotel stays ever and I have stayed in many. Had dinner one night on the beautiful patio a everything was wonderful.
