Stayed 3 nights and we had to change room on the second day.. we got kind of upgraded and it was located on one floor above 9/f, so we had to walk stairs after taking elevator. The room was bigger than the first one but it was not co clean. There were dead mosquitoes with blood on the walls.

Front desk and cleaning staff were all very helpful and nice

Amazing service from the hotel team who accede to all my requests.

Sound proof between rooms are really bad. But staff are nice. They greet ppl whenever the guests come into the bullding. Cleaning lady is hardworking and sometimes they cleaned ur room in late afternoon becoz ur room is not available in the morning or noon time...

Only the soundproof is not good otherwise everything is just great

So far the hotel has good and complementary service

I like the location of this property. Very convenience. There is nothing I don't like.

Staff are friendly,can understand English. The rooms are clean, although I find it too small. The bed is really good for relaxing.. It would be better if you have cabinets installed in the room. Shower is great with hot and cold water. Shower room is spacious , but it would be better to install bidet for the toilet.

This hotel I will never want to stay again , location to ppl is good but I couldn’t get one hours of sleep , i have to found another hotel to stay !

Service: Really nice and friendly Staffs! I arrived on new year's eve, and got to take a photo as a small gift. They were also prompt to request and queries. On the last night of my stay, we asked for scissors and tape for our loots, they brought the items up in no time. After check out, one of their male staff who happen to end shift when we're leaving, offered to carry our luggage and flagged a cab for us. Didn't catch his name, but really thankful that he went the extra mile to help us even though he is already off shift. Room: room was clean and tidy. However I'm not a fan of windowless rooms, this was not mentioned in the room details. Soundproofing of the room was okay, we can hear people from the corridor. Although it's in the heart of ximending, there's no loud noise from the activities downstairs. Breakfast: located at basement, there's two mains to choose from daily, however service was pretty slow, and the buffet options were very little. There was one day both the mains offered were beef, and I can't have beef, so I'm left with the sides for breakfast. Also, if you need their lobby washroom, you will have to go to the basement as well. If you're going at night, the restaurant lights will be off, only the washroom area will be lit. Overall, a pleasant stay. However may try other hotels where the rooms have windows next time.

AIR-CONDITIONER SLOW TO COOL, NO HOUSE KEEPING EVERYDAY. OVERALL ARE GOOD, BREAKFAST QUITE GOOD. LOCATION IS QUITE NEAR TO MRT STATION.

Small and noisy, I can hear the noise come from the next room, eg flush water noise, door closing noise, talking... Room too small, can't walk if open my luggage

It’s a place to sleep only. When I checked in Hotel front desk can’t find my booking we need to wait about 15-20 mins for the room. Room super small, ok clean when you check in, but they don’t change bed sheets every day..... Breakfast only have 2 choice A or B. Location in the hart of Ximending but a distance from MRT Exit 6. If you walk from exit 6 to hotel it take about 10 mins. Taxi can’t stop in front of hotel a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast serving is a quite little. It might be better to have buffet type of breakfast instead of standard set.

Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are good and good for Asian style.

Although the room is small, but practical and contemporary. Soundproof might needs to upgrade though.

Room was rather small with no windows. All else were good!
