Not much food for buffet and expensive But other than that it was good

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very small and layout is a little bit wired. If one or two people stay in the room is fine, but family of 4 with kids like us is too small. The water fountain in the hallway is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is nice with wide selections. You also have to experience a very long time elevator time because so many rooms in one floor and only two elevators.

I actually missed the check in time because forgot the time difference. however, fornt desk was able to find another smaller room when I got there. super helpful.

It was close to the local train station

Beds were good with clean sheets and nice pillows. Overall seems outdated. Carpet and grout lines were I’ll-maintained. Toilet space not well designed as door was close to your face when closed. Staff was helpful.

Good customer service, Room is clean

Caesar Metro Hotel is located in a busy district area. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and others surrounding it. Breakfast was good! Nearby there are train station and the subway (tube). It's convenient to go anywhere from here due to its location. The hotel itself is huge with many guests checking in and out during the peak hours. The room is equivalent to many other hotels in terms of room setting and decorations. But the only good things which I like is the cleanliness that they had maintained. It needs a few touch up on the room and toilets to make it look great! The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This hotel claims to be a 5-star hotel, but it does not operate like one. Guests are not greeted when entering or leaving the hotel, and as a foreigner, it can be difficult to communicate with some of the staff. The room itself was okay, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear, including mold in the restroom and stained walls. The walls are also very thin, so you can clearly hear conversations from the guests next door. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property.

Broken elevator

Everything inside the hotel is nice and clean. The staff is helpful. It is right above the Wanhua train station. If you like convenience, you may want to choose the location near Ximen. Outside the hotel is in an old and not so clean Wanhua district.

We had a wonderful stay at Caesar Metro Taipei. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore Taipei. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent amenities and a beautiful city view. There’s 12 of us and we’re able to get the family room for each family. It was the perfect room for us. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We also enjoyed the hotel's facilities and appreciated the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Caesar Metro Taipei to anyone visiting Taipei and would gladly stay here again on our next trip. 💜

I would like to commend the hotel’s housekeeping staff. Every time we came back from our strolls, our room was always neat, clean, and well-organized. You could really see their high standards of cleaning and room service. I also apologize if we left a lot of disposable items when we checked out. The location is another big plus. Wanhua Station is directly connected to the hotel, Longshan Temple is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. The area is quieter than Taipei’s main districts but still close to many tourist spots. Although the neighborhood is a bit more downscale than other parts of the city, we still found it very convenient and safe. The hotel also has restaurants, a Starbucks, a swimming pool, and a bar, making it easy to relax or grab a meal without leaving the property. The amenities are not quite at a typical 4- or 5-star hotel level, especially since toiletries are not provided, but considering the affordable price, it’s definitely worth it. The hotel is also easy to locate for Uber rides and Uber Eats deliveries. Overall, we had an excellent stay that exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taiwan. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable!
