Getcha Hostel

The ambience is a little too Monocle-trendy; ultra-modern but characterless. The decor and ultra-compact comfort could have been in any big city anywhere in the world. The location is good if you like sanitised street food; there's an upscale outdoor foodcourt next door. A little too far from anywhere else. The staff seemed disinterested and robotic — and they gave incorrect directions to the closest bus stop. They could easily be replace by AI. Otherwise, the place is very clean and relatively quiet. A capsule hotel good enough for one night's sleep.

六人房的個人置物櫃有四位數密碼鎖，前一晚確認有設定自己的四位數密碼，隔天醒來發現自己的置物櫃是開著的！而且密碼被重置歸零！除了鎖孔鑰匙的工作人員能做到這件事之外，我想不到還有誰可以辦到！我這房剛好住了個開鎖匠？！

Night market nearby. But the hotel is not clean. The bathroom is flooded. The room is too hot at night. I couldn’t sleep because of the temperature.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and functional. Beds were nice. Rooms were well air conditioned. My only complaint is that paper towels are not provided in the bathrooms. How am I supposed to dry my hands?

除了隔音太差外應該沒有什麼缺點，畢竟沒辦法控制客人晚歸。太晚回來的人拜託自己降低音量⋯⋯⋯

Seriously? Great price with such walkable distance if getting off from the GuoGuang Bus coming from Taipei. (Literally only 1min) wow! Only if u don’t mind the space. For me, come bk late. On bed. Sleep.

This place is so new and so nice. I have stayed in hostels in so many different places in the world, and this was one of the cleanest places I've been to. The staff spoke perfect English, so I had nothing to worry about. Although the room didn't have any window, it had an air purifier, so it didn't smell or anything. It also had good wifi and shower. One thing I do need to say though is that the place also has a restaurant/ bar on the first and second floors. They didn't really clarify if I could just sit around that area as a hostel guest, so I just refrained from using it. I didn't have an area to sit around, so I didn't get a chance to chat with others at the hostel. I stayed here for two nights, and I really enjoyed my time.

An amazing experience. Friendly staff and a surprisingly clean room and bed, at least not beaten by any bugs during my three-night stay. Really LOVED the vibe in the common room/bar on 2/F. Although there will be customers from the bar on 1/F from time to time, it is mostly a place where I can just relax and have some time to myself. I had a drink while doing some reading with some beatful music in the background, dying to get the playlist! Speaking from experience, this is a perfect place for lone female travellers, it is a safe neighbourhood and it is right next to the famous Yichong night market, good eats and shopping. The only thing I was disappointed was that there was no refrigerator, since I am a person who loves to have her drink cold in the morning, but that may be just me. Overall I had a pleasant experience there.

It is quite nice if you don't care too much about the largeness of your sleeping place. Considering its low price per day, I think it is not bad as a choice to stay few days.

Well, there was no amenity center in this hostel. Hope improve soon.

Room is small than I expected judging from the photo, but it’s definitely enough. Mattress was great, 2 usb plug-in, very sweet. If there’s anything it can be better, maybe give another pillow, that one was a bit too flat. Bistro is AWESOME! They have amazing cocktails, very tasty food, even sth off menu were spectacular. Made new friends during my staying and we had a great fun time in the bar! Definitely will come back again!

衛浴沒有區分男女，入住時，櫃檯沒有提醒，衛浴空間狹小，尤其淋浴間，要放置換洗衣物都要擔心會不會掉下來，部份淋浴間因為照明不足，顯得昏暗，雖然有乾溼分離，但乾區狹小，且有積水，廁所也常有積水，離開前有看到工作人員清掃，但沒有再進去，所以不確定清潔後的情況
