An old school style hotel with fast water flow and full amenities provided, which is welcoming since all other hotels already moved toward more sustainable practices. Rooms are clean and kept updated.

It is not easy to walk to the hotel from MRT San Duo station in hot summer days, it is about 15 min walk,or it costs 85 NT by taxi.
The hotel is old but clean.

The temperature was over 90°F everyday during our stays. The AC was not working. They switched us to new room. It was still not working. The staffs tried everything to make our rooms cooler but the room temperature was still above 85F. I think the hotel is old. They need renovations.

Our room was very spacious with an excellent view over the city. The large bath tub was also a treat though the other facilities were a little dated. We also loved the dining room which played a tourist video of the city's activities. However, the breakfast was not of 4 star standard. Some items were not replenished, the coffee machine not regularularly serviced and some hot items were cold and healthy breads not available. More attention to detail is needed.

This is an old hotel with some great features. The Chinese restaurant on the 40th floor is really good with some stunning view of the city skyline.
The shared facilities are well looked after but our room was a little run down. The toilet was noisy and the Aircon and fridge didn't work. Besides that the room was very spacious with a good bed.

We did not fee good at the first provided room with some wet smell. Yet the bell man was quite well responsive to help change us with another room. The cleaning lady is also friendly and answers to all of our inquiries for extra towels & water bottles. Excellent experience of hotel service.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Breakfast was impeccable. Only the stuff seemed a little bit unenthusiastic. They are fine, very polite, nothing wrong with that. But as a spoiled customer in Taiwan, greeted by extremely friendly stuff in other hotels, it’s a little bit different.
