I was here accidentally because of typhoon and no train to Tainan. However, it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived before check-in time, but he allowed me to enter the room, without any additional charge.

I had a great stay at Kuva Chateau with family. Hotel is very close to a night market with plenty of local foods. Hotel's facilities are new and comfort bed. Staff are nice and professional. Thank you for good service.

Thank you for letting us experience such wonderful things in Taiwan. Our room was clean and the staff was nice. One improvement would be having the ability to plug in the bathtub. Since we couldn’t plug it in, I gave facilities section three stars. Overall it was a great experience. We were able to watch New Years’ fireworks near the hotel and eat foods at a nearby night market. I appreciated it.

Rooms are on the older and darker side. Front desk staffs are knowledgeable and accommodating. Housekeeping staffs are attentive and always fix up the room. Gym opens at 5am and pool was closed during winter. Didn’t get to try breakfast because the stay didn’t include it.

房间大，离夜市近，但是酒店很老旧的style，酒店外边下水沟很臭，进到lobby有一股子油腻味，也不弄点空气净化的设备，实在太难闻了，枕头里边有层塑料，躺着沙沙的不舒服，同个名字分开订了2晚，第一天早上前台就打电话催退房
