The staff are super nice.
The place is nice and quiet.
The free breakfast is very good. I haven't have freshly-made French fries for years. They have it here.

The surrounding has been very peaceful yet only a few (2-3) minutes of walking away from the main street where convenient store, McDonald's and countless number of restaurants reside... Inside the Sukimi, its not only clean, well organized and also a very friendly/helpful (some are even caring thoughtful) and pay attention to customer's requests... I was impressed by them almost every single (23) day that I have stayed there. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of styles and dishes (western, Chinese, salad, fruits and hot/cold drinks of your choice, you can be sure you walk out of that dining area as full as you desire (watch out for that weight 😉); as on the top floor where the laundry machines are, all the machines were kept clean and fully operational every day... I am very pleased.

The room is a tad small, and the bathroom doesn't provide much privacy, in that it's separated by a glass pane, a glass door, and blinds that you have to roll down each time (unless you don't mind other people in the room seeing you do your business). It can also get noisy in the morning as it's near an airport. Having said that, the staff were nice, and you get complimentary breakfast, so overall it's not terrible or anything :)

Air condition doesn’t work well - it is centrally controlled and cannot be made cooler. Staff brought in a fan. Breakfast is quite limited and sometimes all food are not hot.
Quite unacceptable to have no safe and no drawers in the room.. A plus is it has a neighborhood with many types of stores and eateries.

One major concern I have is that they let an “acquaintance” into my room when I was not there. That person did not have my second key and was not registered with the hotel under my name and when I was not there she convinced the staff to let

The room is very small but very clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower with perfect water pressure and temperature control. Front desk is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is ok, it's included, no complaints. Overall, it is a very nice stay, exceed our expectations with what we have paid.

The place is clean, comfortable, but it is near certain airport. There must be over 10 airplanes took off or landing in the morning in less than 30 minutes to an hour. Got woke up by them. Feels like the hotel was shaking by the planes.
Also, be aware, even if you are eligible but you can not get the $1000 winter travel subsidies when you book thru Hotels.com. You can get the subsidies if you book thru the hotel’s own website or call them.
The breakfast was good.

It's a clean simple hotel, and is good value for the price. I especially like that it's not right by a busy road, but in a nice residential area. Works if you are driving or taking cabs. Otherwise not suggested if you have to rely on public transportation.

Hotel was great but located far from the main road on a quiet street. I arrived around 9.30pm and the hotel restaurant and nearby restaurants had already closed. You would therefore have to walk quite far or take a taxi to a busier area.
