The hotel is very child friendly. The family room came with a step stool. Perfect for children who aren't tall enough to reach the sink. Room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was excellent too..

Even though it is located slightly out of the city area, but we like the quietness and it is family friendly.

Wonderful place to staying in Chiayi especially with kids. Very kids friendly hotel with a lot of facilities targeting for kids. Costco nearby and not far from the night market. A very good experience for staying there with wonderful time!

很棒的親子飯店，房間整潔親子友善。 不過三樓兒童遊戲室比起先前來的時候維護的差了些，球池的球變得很少，整潔度可能還需要加強。

Overall a nice property, much more suitable for family with young kids, and there were many young ones around.

Hotel toilets reek of stench. Worse at the lower level (before they switched our room). Pls look into your piping.

服務人員都很親切、友善、主動提供協助，房內乾淨、舒適、空間寬敞、動線暢通，兒童遊樂區非常廣大、器材種類豐富、數量充足、不會有排隊等候的情況發生。 非常適合帶小孩入住，願意再次前往。

This is by far the most kid friendly hotel I’ve stayed in Taiwan. There are complimentary carousel rides (adults can ride too!) and play room for the kids! And reasonably priced mini go kart and train rides too. Totally worth it for families who are travelling with their little ones. The design of the lobby was cute and grand at the same time 👍 Service was good, if you’re driving, the lobby front was spacious for loading and unloading. It’s like a scene off meteor garden. Room was of a good size with bath tub! Overall, very good impression of the hotel. Our booking came with breakfast and the spread was good with plenty of variety! More importantly, the only hotel that provides koko crunch. 😍 Only downside was the Starbucks coffee at the lobby was not actually Starbucks coffee. But instead a machine using Starbucks roasted beans.

This hotel does not reflect a 5 Stars category. Breakfast is average and limited and amenities average.

乾淨、專業、配合的星巴克咖啡廳、早餐OK，坦白講沒有特別能挑剔的地方，唯一要特別講的就是沒有暖氣，牙線棒只給一個。
