The room we had was the mountain view room which has a giant hot spring water bath that can fit like 3 person and the mountain view was pretty good. Room was very clean with very comfortable bed. The water pressure from the shower head was not that strong though but can manage. However due to the size of the hot spring tub, it will take quite some time to fill it up to use. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast have to go down to level 2 to their common area and wait for them to cook your meal and as for this it would be ideal to allocate more time for breakfast. I would recommend to order the grill fish. Hotel location is a bit far from the train station as it involves walking up slopes to reach the hotel.

Conveniently situated in a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to the main thoroughfare in Jiaoxi. Very nice room with large tub plumbed into the hot springs for which the town is famous. You can fill the tub and relax in the mineral spa water that is naturally heated. Downside to hotel was that, at least in our room, the air conditioning was rather noisy. Also, the breakfast choice was limited and not very ‘international’ but for a couple of days it was ok to experience a Taiwanese start to the day.

The key to door lock scan is not smooth. We need to call the staff to open every time we come back. Breakfasts were cold and we can never get the time slot we want in the morning. Overall the room is clean and big enough to host my family.

Great hotspring B&B hotel that is not crowded. It only has 3 units per floor making it a small establishment but the rooms are spacious with in-room hot spring pool to enjoy. Bed room area spacious and the in room pool and toilet is even spacious than the bed room. Breakfast was served in the room. Walking distance to the jiaoxi train station. Area has wide choice of food and beverage for tourist to pick from.

The hotel earned my high rating in general, but one incident made me have to yell out.
The room sold was with semi buffet breakfast. I enjoyed on the first day with juice, corn flake, coffee and all.
On the second day, they informed the will make a change to serve in-room breakfast. Unfortunately this is almost a disaster.
1. While dining in the cafe, I can take my own time to go but room service time is pre-selected, I cannot go earlier or later.
2. Even pre-selected time they are unable to keep but late, resulted in my late departure.
3. No more juice, corn flake, coffee, even butter for the bread. Only the main dish is same.
4. No knife and fork for my saussage, I ate like a barbarian.
5. There is no proper chair in room to match the roll in table. I dat quite uncomfortably.
6. It dirty the floor and I stepped on some bread flakes.
6. The only (selected) drink is cold coffee was not served with syrup, but sugar pack!
If why they changed is just to save some cost, it is not worth it. Tell them to reconsider.

Stay one night in ISPAVITA. Excellent stay with an excellent hot spring in room facility.
I was booked the conner view room and supposed to get 2 side view from bathroom. Unfortunately one side view was completely block from the new buliding construction site, a little disappointed. But it's ok since I had to close the blends while having hot spring bath tube.
The room is so big and everything in room looks very new and clean. Just the matress is a bit too hard for me. Breakfast is included and very good.
Overall I am very happy to stay in this hotel and highly recommand.

We were greeted by a lovely reception walking into the resort. While we just booked it in the afternoon they kindly gave us tea while we waited for them to gather our info. Our room was available right away and everything went smoothly. The only downfall was the public hot spring on the rooftop was no open. We went January 2018, due to the high winds they said it was closed.

We had a lovely stay here. The hot spring bath was huge! The room was large and the breakfast very nice. You get to select a breakfast when checking in. The room was very clean and had a lovely outlook. There is parking next door. It is a nice quiet part of Jiaoxi but only a short walk to nice restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Ispavita- Jiaoxi for 2 nights and weather was not good. Rain during our entire stay and we we didn’t do much. We tried in house massage which was good. We also enjoyed hot spring in our bathroom daily.
Location- it’s easy to find. We catched a bus from Taipei station to Jiaoxi bus station then a short walk to the hotel. Hotel area is under development and there are few construction sites nearby. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well.
Room - is nice and clean. A large hot spring tub in the bathroom together with a Japanese style toilet seat.
Breakfast - hotel provides breakfast which we had to placed our orders while we checked in. We don’t have any problem with that despited there’s only 4 choices.
Staff - we can communicate with the staff with simple English. they are very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel.
