Frustrating. The address is not listed. The location on the map is near the place but you'll never find it. There are no signs so even if you happen to stumble across it (at the end of a sketchy looking alley) you wouldn't even know you were there. I think they expect you to call them when you arrive but you have to keep in mind that I'm traveling so I don't have a phone easily accessible to me. We stayed in a loft... it was cute but the bathroom is not tiled and the shower is combined in the room, so everything in the bathroom is mouldy. The bed is harder than concrete so I might as well slept on the floor. The girls at the reception were helpful but I haven't come across one that hasn't been.

Check in was swift and we appreciated the staff friendliness and the tea on arrival.
However, considering the price of the room, I was disappointed with a few things:
- the area was very noisy, probably because the walls and windows are thin
- no housekeeping, something that most cheaper accomodations offer
- the bathroom and toilet is in the room, behind a very transparent and thin wall, not always comfortable for those who like a bit of privacy
- not many wall plugs in the room (only one working in mine)
All in all, even though the design of the rooms is interesting, the stay was not a comfortable one unfortunately and I would not recommend it.

The check in was simple and straight forward. The room had all basic amenities. The air conditioner was good. However, I feel the room in due for some renovations. I had to climb a ladder to reach the loft bed which was fine, but the handle and railings were loose which scared me when I reached for them. I would be cautious if you get the room with the loft bed. I know they have other rooms as I have been there a few times.

硬體設備算很滿意，房間如照片且很乾淨，浴室無霉味，WIFI 連線順暢，電視有電視盒連YT都可以看。門口附近有機車車位。
但是被借熱水壺收押金機制搞到火大，這家規定上午11點前退房，但是在此之前完全找不到服務人員，櫃檯上說需要服務人員的電話打了也是關機，LINE也到12點才有人回覆，搞得要退房還水壺拿回押金的我們進退不得。
我們也不是在清晨五六點退房，是上午九點快十點！如果要搞旅客早上自主退房，那收了押金又無法即時點收物品退錢實在感覺很糟！

因為住1樓，隔音很差，沒辦法好好休息。浴室的排水需要清理，排水速度有點慢。另外也希望check in的櫃檯小姐可以稍微熱情些，可以介紹一下周遭或是詢問一下客人是否需要。

我們一行4人從hotel.com同一帳號同張訂單訂了2人2房，結果到現場被分配到不同棟走路相隔10分鐘的大樓，來回反應許久後被分配到同一棟，但一樓房間超級吵，開門就是大廳櫃檯聽得到每個房客進出談話，窗外就是人行道開窗會有煙味飄進來也聽得到行人說話。跟員工反應後，員工說（他沒穿制服自稱員工）：你願意加400塊指定房間嗎？你們本來就是被安排在那間。態度甚差，誰被分到一樓誰衰，民宿老闆毫無職業道德。wifi網速神慢有時候甚至發不出訊息，提供的飲用水有土味和漂白水的味道。一進到整棟建築就必須拖鞋子換室內拖鞋，所有房客分享同一個櫃子拖鞋感覺不是很乾淨，不穿室內拖鞋光腳地板也不乾淨，有潔癖者慎考慮，每一次進出建築都必須換一雙不知道誰穿過的室內拖。

缺點：可能是客房打掃需爬樓梯，所以入住時間很晚，要16:00才能入住，但退房時間是11:00，相當限制旅客時間，沒有電梯，樓梯間狹窄，推行李箱旅客不建議，進大門要脫鞋擺鞋子拎上樓，如果東西很多有點麻煩，睡覺要爬梯子有點高。

訂房後有疑問都無法電話中得到答案，一直要加入FB發問，一來一往不是很方便，房間有提供電蚊拍及防蚊液但未提供電池和補充罐，廁所有異味，網路頻寬不夠一直累格，浴巾有限量必需提早到櫃檯索取，
