Very nice location just into city centre. Walkable to restaurants, night markets and shops. Supervised underground parking. Nice big room with nice bed. Bathroom with nice toiletries suitable to the hardness/softness of the water. Nice touch with working fridge and drinks, and daily Happy Hour in the Lobby bar with free canned drinks and snacks. Very convenient to Expressway system. An excellent hotel overall.

Very welcoming feeling, staffs are very helpful and friendly, room is clean and comfortable, eco friendly. We will definitely stay in this hotel again on our next visit.

Location is close to night market and railway station, which makes it a good transit for Alishan/ other places from Chiayi.
The room is comfy; breakfast is buffet served on top floor, nice panoramic view and good selection of food. Definitely recommend to other travellers.

I always stay in this hotel when I came to chiayi. During our stay I didn’t think they cleaned the room at all besides just changed the towels. The room was dusty. We were disappointed!!

The staffs were super friendly and will help whenever. The location is pretty good too considering if you want to explore places like hinoki village, night market or even a mall. However, i feel the breakfast could be improved by introducing continental food

We stayed on the third floor of the hotel, which has unique Japanese-style rooms. That was our favorite part, and we even had Japanese food delivered to the hotel so we could eat at our floor table. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of Hinoki Village and the train to Alishan. The breakfast was just ok. My kids liked the lunar new year wish activity in the lobby.

Perfect location, good staff, but it’s a very old and out dated hotel , of course except the front lobby. Once when I entered my room, I can felt a strong smelly odour filled in the room, despite staff put in an air cleaning machine for me, but the out date old smell were still there. I probably wouldn’t go back unless they will update or remodel the place.
