I thing I must point out I order 3 bed for 1 room and they give me is the extra bed not the one I pay for it . They move the two single bed and squeeze the extra bed. I m very disappointed for that. I think I did not get what I pay for it. I pay for 3 single bed and I get the two single with extra bed in the room and make the room very tight. I wish they can consider if u sold out of the room I order please do not accept my order. I feel uncomfortable

location is good, metro is few blocks away, bus stop is close by (almost in front of hotel). Lots of eatery within 5-10 mins. walk. Room size and bathroom size are superior, however, premise including furnitures are dated and need update.

We stayed at Royal Biz Taipei for almost three weeks. The location was excellent, near Dongmen Market, Dongmen MRT, and Yong Kang Road. Our room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The daily breakfast was varied and good. Above all, the service was wonderful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be greeted by them every day and have the opportunity to chat with some of them.

Arrived late in late January. Room did not heat up and discovered the hotel has NO HEATING at all even though it was under 10 degrees! Freezing! No heaters available and because it was late they only had one blanket! Had to move hotels! Not acceptable for a supposedly 4* hotel. Would not give refund even though no mention on no heating when booking was made in winter.

The hotel is a bit away from the MRT & the neighborhood is quite dead after 8 pm. The washroom are outdated. The shower area is really small & it keeps leaking water around the door area. The fridge is old & it doesn't work either.

Royal Biz Taipei has been my favorite hotel for the past 10 years. The venue provides wonderful breakfast buffet (with a small fee at booking). The room is spacious, and the services have been superb. I will book this hotel again when I visit Taipei.

Stayed here for 3 nights, booked a room with 2 twin beds. Service was good, front the front desk to the kitchen staff. Location is walkable to the Dongmen MRT so it was very convenient to travel. Beds were comfortable. There's a shower and tub in the bathroom. The shower is small and water did leak outside whenever we showered. The waterfall showerhead felt great though. Breakfast had plenty of options. Seating could be limited during popular times. They have a luggage scale in the lobby which was helpful before heading to airport. Overall I'd stay here again if I was in Taipei again.
