We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. Very nice accommodations. We just needed a room for one night, for a flight layover. Shuttle service to/from airport is helpful. Would recommend.

Hotel did not meet the star standard with chemical smell all around from remodeling … it should not let people stay in such poor conditions, especially someone with asthma.
It doesn’t not provide good service with international reservation and they asked extras fee even you have paid taxes during online reservations… i don’t recommend to be here again. You pay high price with poor service and bad living conditions… this is the first 4or 5 star hotel having such bad problems from my international travel experience 🙁🙁🙁

Check in was as easy as it could have been. smooth, super fast, great service. The area is close to the airport so it would be very convenient for travellers. Rooms are spacious, really clean and comfy. Breakfast however was a bit disappointing. Not many options for vegetarians.

Overall it was very nice . Clean and good service . The only thing I was extremely disappointed was the shuttle to the airport . Hotel staff delivered the wrong information to us about the order of terminal arrival ( two terminals in Taoyuan airport ) . We are supposed to depart at T1 . Neither did the driver know the correct sequence . What’s worse is that there was no announcement from the driver . And the driver could not find our luggages when we need to get off the shuttle . Completely messed up
