What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Loved our stay here and in Kaoshiung. We wished we would have stayed longer.
We had access to breakfast daily which was varied and plentiful. The staff were always so kind and helpful.
We also took advantage of the downstairs lounge which offered beverages and light snacks, mostly sweet but some salty, such as congee.
The room was well appointed and spacious. The only drawback for other guest who may not be a couple or close family might be the unique bathroom layout. The room was a full open concept. Bedroom bathroom all in one and exposed. Privacy was established with a heavy curtain and a mechanical black out shade. It didn't bother me at all, but it may be an issue for others.
If we ever come back to Kaoshiung we will stay here again, without question!

Great serving staff. 24/7 free food lounge service . Great assortment of excellent in house baking available anytime in the lounge. Close to shopping and transportation. Walking distance to pier 2. Close to rail system. I would come back again.

Comfortable room and bedding. Room size is decent as well as the snack bar, ample with good quality. It made me looking forward to the breakfast and it did not disappoint. Staffs are friendly with great help. Great hotel to my surprise.

Nice, however the room decor isn’t our taste . It is way too dark . At least the sheer curtain should be white or light gray , not dark … dark .. dark every where.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and accommodating. My one hang up is the hotel staff at the front desk has ice in their veins. I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay.

Location was amazing hotel was in the heart of everything tons of malls around and food! The only thing is the room had a musky smoke smell and the bathroom design was weird cause it’s not a separate enclosed area. So when you do your business if someone in the room they can hear it lol
