Steps away from a metro station. Walking to a night market and the beautiful Grand hotel.
Self-serve free laundry is a nice asset. So is the freely available light breakfast and beverage. I enjoyed the daily fresh fruits and ice water.
The room has a high ceiling which makes the space roomy. Small room but reasonable for two people with mini fridge, safe, desk and chair.

The bathroom was good, but I realized the main room was very dusty. Dust floated in the air when I closed the door with a bit force. I stayed there only for 2 nights but I would have asked to change a room or hotel if I stayed longer.

One minute walk to MRT and 7 min to Shilin night market. The room has washer/dryer in the suite so very convenient, but size is small (even as the 2nd largest room) and is on the dark side. The reception service is polite but basic. There is an expresso machine in the 1st floor sitting area but no breakfast (just some bread and fruit).

The location of this property is really convenient! Really near the bus stop and train station! Really near the shilin night market too!
Staff was friendly, Beds are really comfortable and shower area is spacious, bathroom with japanese bidet.

Washer dryer is super convenient when you are traveling in a humid and hot city. It locates in residential neighborhood. Not much shops or restaurants around. Quiet at night and no need to worry about noise from metro. Don’t bring huge suitcase if you plan to stay in this room type or you have to leave those in balcony

Very convenient location, right across the street from the metro station, and only a few minutes of walking from night market, drug stores, and grocery store! But it wasn’t noisy, the hotel was pretty quiet during my stay.
Hotel staff were professional and very friendly. Excellent wifi in the room and the lounge. The hotel lounge provided free light snacks (bread and fruit) and coffee/tea. It was comfortable to sit there and work if needed. The room and the lounge area were clean and in great condition, especially the lounge where hotel staff came regularly to check and tidy up things.
The only downside for me was that the room lighting was kind of dark. Because windows in my room were facing the other part of the building, there were not much natural light coming in. The lighting in the room were spot lights, so the room was not well-lit. The lighting in bathroom was also not idea for putting on makeup, and there was no makeup mirror available in the room.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The front staff was super helpful! I left my bag in the taxi, and it was past 12:00AM. He called the taxi driver and I was able to get my bag back!
