I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. All staffs are very helpful, room is very big, tidy, food is tasty and many variant. Would be back someday to Bangkok and stay here again.

Hotel façade and lobby really clean. Warm welcome right from the reception. Spacious room and bathroom. Big windows with nice views of the street and One Bangkok in the front, and you can see both parks at a distance. Nice selection of food during breakfast buffet. Didn't try the in-house dining so I can't comment on that. Room cleaning on-demand. Gym is adequate, and the pool on the 9th floor looked nice. Didn't get to try the sauna on the 8th floor. Overall, really good experience and customer service from the staff here at Aetas. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

The properties is very convenient, there is 2 parks with in walking distance. Is right next to the MRT train station to get around the city. Also right across the street from the brand new One Bangkok Mall.

Beds are hard, but otherwise no complaints. Booked on a club floor but was not ‘entitled’ to club lounge never heard of that before. Very accomodating on early checking and late checkout, and welcomed access to pool and showers after checkout

I didn't wanna complain as much and I checked in the hotel. They had a smell that I could not stop coughing and it made me sick for the three days I was there and I made a complaint about it and they apologize and he said it was gonna clean the room, but it wasn't the room. It was the vent and I found out would not stop coughing I cough so bad. I had a headache for the night. I was there. I had to leave the hotel and get another hotel room and another area. I know they under renovation are they did some renovations but the smell I can smell it coming through the bed and I stay for a day or so and then I start watching the staff. They were doing the same thing they were coughing, just like me so even other people around and I was like you can't just be me and then I was noticing it for a while and that's what made me decide to find another hotel cause it was hurting me so bad I had chest painand like I said, I had to check out and purchase another hotel and I was really disappointed in that cause I like that hotel it was just something things were not the way it used to be when I used to stay there

The hotel was only about 1 block from the One Bangkok Mall and subway entrance. So easy to get around town and the mall has an excellent food court. The staff at the hotel were exceptional!

They did not tell us about the lounge experiences that were included at check in. We upgraded our room and it was disappointing to have to call and ask ourselves on our last night.

The hotel is clean and cross from a mall, the service was very good and was the food. on the 10 day of my 15 days at the hotel I hurt my leg, it was hard for me to walk, the hotel staff help me all 5 days with food and other needs. I have to give them 5 stars for going beyond the call of duty for me.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and tried to help me in every way possible. Unfortunately, there were very few options for vegetarians. They did try to help by providing some custom options, but those weren't up to my expectations. Nonetheless, I appreciate the gesture. Keep up the good work.
