It's was great experience with friendly staff. At one time he was under tense conditions (with incoming calls and inquiry from other guests), he still managed to handle it with full of professionalism and huge smile on his face. Bravo! Clean room and near to eateries.

This is second time we stay in Ananta Burin Resort, wonderful and very friendly staff. We spent a lot of time here, the swimming pool along with the slide that makes you want to enjoy the slide all day long and never go back, we enjoy the happy hours for the drink (buy 1 free 1) and the food also delicious. The rooms were excellent, very clean tidy and modern rooms. A must visit resort for everyone!

Having stayed in a number of hotels around Thailand I have to say this was very average. The pool area around the water slides was disappointing- cramped, disjointed in its design and also people openly smoking weed in the area.
The 'relaxing pool' was nicer but no rules were followed regarding timings so children were often in the pool at 7am and not quietly. The hotel was noisy with people in the pool clearly heard in rooms in the early morning and the noises from corridors and other rooms could be heard.
The room itself was functional and clean, a nice balcony and staff were friendly but I just didn't like the feel of this hotel. Location was good and a 10 min walk in either direction took you to the Landmark night market or the main beach strip.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Families will like the water slide option. The small lazy river has no current so really the lazy ‘river’ is just a circular pool under the slides. It is a bit difficult to exit the river as no stairs. Room 131 patio gets covered in water from water slide and needs some kind of a block - eg a fake plant or a low wall. The restaurant was very good for dinner (really good burger!) but quite lacking in breakfast: no items are hot (only luke warm at best), choices were lacking for adults but might be ok for kids (although if catering to kids then the juice should be real fruit and NOT powdered!). Breakfast staff seemed less friendly and helpful while evening restaurant staff and the staff at reception were great! Happy hour pricing is not much of a deal (eg 10B-20B off). Overall a good stay.

Everything was AMAZING! the property and our room was clean. Reviews said the bottom level had dirty rooms but ours was perfect. Staff were exceptional. Would highly recommend. 7/11 in walking distance and the nightlife but quiet enough for a good nights sleep. Also the slide is fastttt :D thank you for the great stay

Hotel is located near the beach, in a not very busy part of the city. The hotel has three swimming pools. The service is very nice and helpful. The food is very good but after a while it becomes monotonous. We had very large, clean rooms and everything we needed was there. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. I had a nice and relaxing time there

The staff is amazing, always cheerful and ready to help. A nice hotel with decent food for the included breakfasts. It’s right in the middle of the shopping area and near 3 beaches. The front desk helped arrange my tours at a great price and handled all the logistics. I would definitely return and would recommend this place as a good choice to stay in Aonang.

The hotel is in a great location, easy access for all of Ao Nang and around. The rooms and great with breakfast having many choices. The hotel is a little tired in places but is due a refurb and some of the areas when looking from the balconies could be tidied up. However, these are minor and with the water slides, we really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend.

It was a great hotel for kids with waterslides and pools and great room. So if that's all you are after for a holiday. That is the place for you. However we were disappointed with the lack of activities run by the hotel. It was also extremely disappointing we were charged $12 AUD for a broken coffee cup, especially as I was upfront about it (no hotel I know of would ever ask this for one cup) and an accidental stain cost us $80, which was outragious. I'm sure children accidentally damage or stain items and would not be charged that amount as it would be part of the hotels insurance for accidental damage. This left us feeling quite negative about the hotel.

We booked a room with pool access, it was a nice room by the RELAX POOL, but the pool was filled with children and really noisy! We could not Sleep or relax! We asked to change the room but no available

This was such an awesome hotel for our family. The pool was definitely a fun place to hang out and relax. Our room was spectacular. We booked the family room which was a dream. Having two separate rooms with kids was definitely needed at the end of our Thailand trip. The amenities really couldn’t beat. It’s also in the heart of such a vibrant area. Everything was walkable that we wanted access to.
