The hotel is very clean. There are no fingerprints in the elevator. All departments are enthusiastic about their work. Every department that I went through to use the service did not ignore me. They greeted me and smiled all the time. They did a really great job. For example, the Front desk staff used a very good tone of voice in conversation, both in person and on the phone. They paid attention to the details of which customers came first and last. They did not ignore me. The housekeeper greeted me without avoiding me. The breakfast manager asked again until he was sure that the customer was really okay. (*The breakfast was very fresh and super clean.) I would like to commend all the staff. I am very impressed. I would like to encourage the staff to have the strength to continue providing good service. 😊

We love staying there but this occasion was unique as I was on the 25th floor during the earthquake. A special thank you to the staff of in the Executive Lounge and especially Khun Aki and Khun Ek for their professional calm guidance in evacuating the building. Also a special thank you to the gentleman in the lobby helping with bags and everyday assistance. (forgot his name? tall man) Dang. See you all next yaer.

Location is connected to many stores, restaurants, and a Lotus. Also next to subway line. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were excellent. Breakfast buffet was free and exceptional. I did see one cockaroach on the counter at the omelet station.

A lovely hotel just steps away from the Phra Ram 9 MRT subway station. Plenty of shopping, dining, and massage options all within easy walking distance. And the MRT subway makes it easy to reach most other areas of the city.
The hotel itself is modern and clean, with good-sized rooms.
Everybody I encountered from the staff was very nice and professional. The staff in the Executive Lounge were exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming environment. These staff include BB, Aki, May, Demi, and Nut.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, preferring this to the overly touristy Sukhumvit area. The hotel is modern and clean, with good-sized rooms. The MRT subway is just steps away from the hotel, giving easy and quick access to the rest of the city.
The staff throughout the hotel were great, always providing service with a smile. In the Executive Lounge, Aki and May stood out for their professionalism and assistance.
