The staff provided excellent service. The rooms are newly renovated and acceptable for the price. The beds are comfortable, and the room is odorless. However, there were some ingrained stains in the bathroom, which is understandable given it's an older hotel. This has been my fourth time staying here.

Both receptionists I met were good (late night and early morning). The phone to contact the staff actually worked and wasn't broken. The only problem was the cleanliness, like black mold. You can scrape it off with your fingernail, which means they didn't take care of it that much. I didn't use the shampoo. The shower cream was foamy but it might not clean the skin.
