Entering the room without permission, without putting up a cleaning sign, what was the intention?

The staff is very good, very polite. The room is clean, no smell. The things in the room look new, suitable for relaxation. I highly recommend staying here. The next day, the water hose had a water leak. I informed the staff. The staff said that the repairman was off for 1 day. But when I returned to the room, less than 20 minutes later, the staff called to ask if it was convenient for the repairman to come and fix it. The service is very fast. The repairman also spoke well and was very polite. Very impressed. If I come again, I will stay again.

Overall, it's a very good deal at this price point.

The room is clean and easy to travel from MRT Huai Khwang. You can take a taxi there, but the rooms on the upper floors may have noise from the water pump.

Be prepared to encounter some chaos because there are many Chinese people in that area. But once you get there, it's okay, everything is normal.

some of the staff are not very friendly, but when you ask for an extra pillow, they still give you one. the room is super clean and comfortable! 2 rooms, 2 air conditioners, very good. the surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable (around a residential area) near 7-eleven and shopping places like markets. there is also a salon near the hotel for those who need it. the standard bathroom is comfortable to use because it is also clean. good, if I go to Bangkok again, I will come here again

I like this area because it is quiet and there are many restaurants around. However, this is not the center of Huai Khwang district, so everything is just enough and not near the MRT station, there are not many options for you. And moving to the center of Bangkok during rush hour can cost up to 300 baht for a grab ride, and 150 baht for late night or noon. If I had to choose again, I would not choose this area again. Regarding the hotel service, I found it quite good, however, one day it rained heavily, I got my shoes wet on the way home and asked the receptionist for a pair of slippers to wear to 7/11 to buy things and then go home, but the receptionist did not find a way to lend me a pair, just giving the excuse that the hotel did not have slippers to lend. I just understood this for you, but as someone who works in the service industry in my country, I do not really agree with this way of doing things. The first day the hotel even wanted us to deposit 500 baht while we had already paid 100% of the room fee. This was the first time I saw this rule so I was a bit surprised. However, I later said that we did not exchange much cash so the receptionist kept one of our passports to ensure that the room was not damaged and we did not run away. So overall, I think the hotel is quite good, except for one of the staff members who was not very flexible. There is delicious Chinese noodles at the beginning of the street.

The room is proportional, can accommodate 3 people, the area is clearly divided, clean, the refrigerator has a smell and is not cold, can't store anything, the noise from outside is so loud that it is startling.

Came to Bangkok many times and will always stay here. The rooms are clean. The bed and pillows are very soft. Sleep comfortably, the staff are polite and friendly. Especially the housekeepers on the 7th and 8th floors did a very good job of cleaning the rooms. The counter staff next to the washing machine provided very good service, smiling, friendly, extremely impressive. If you come to Bangkok, you will definitely come to stay here again.

The room is a bit old and small compared to the ones I've stayed in in the Korat area. The location is in an environment where there are a lot of massage parlors, which I didn't know before. I didn't check in detail, so I'm not very impressed.😒
