Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18

The staff was nice, the hotel cosy, and the location good. However, the shower was not very hot, and the toilet had some plumbing issue that made it so it required about five minutes between flushes, which was less than ideal for a family of three.

Very nice staff, good location for getting around and safe hotel to leave your belongings while you're out. Nice hot shower that doesnt run out of hot water.

Ran down hotel in pretty decent middle of the town. 5 min walk from terminal 21 and bts. However there was no hot water and lots of moisture that had the walls pealing off.

Quirky old school charm, discreet location off Soi 18 surrounded by good food and bar options 5 mins walk to Asok BTS Very good value for money !!

Nice quiet place, off the main drag. Tastefully done and confortable.

this is not a hotel, more like a guesthouse situated in a small alley and no street light during the night.

Staff are fantastic. Showers could do with improvement - limited hot water. Beds are super hard. I mean really hard. They were able to add a topper to take the edge off, but still pretty solid.

The time of breakfast is from 8am to 11am. We requested if ours be served earlier, since we need to leave the hotel at 7am for our scheduled tour. But our request not granted. We can only have coffee and bread instead.

It's a backlane hotel. Dun get fool by the pictures on the websites. I was cheated by the pictures. While walking towards the hotel I was already very disappointed. Once into the hotel got very angry at the conditions of the area and the lobby. The room sucks! The roof top is horrible. The view of the halls from the room is filled with alagae. Very disgusting. Finally I never stay in the hotel, because it's not the hotel or room that I saw in the webpages. Asked the staff and they said they are not willing to do any refund and I should approach to Booking.Com cos I booked thru them. Please dun get cheated and disappointed with this so called"Backlane" hotel. Even my husband felt that the alley is just another Geylang in Bangkok. I left the hotel 15 mins after checked in and booked another hotel a better place to stay immediately. The moral of my writing is that, I wasted SGD 156.00 for this miserable backlane boutique hotel. Last but not least, please avoid this Baan Sukhumvit Soi 18. Thank you

Booked just two night stopover in Bangkok and this hotel suited us brilliantly, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was good....certainly would recommend to anyone.

Good location, clean room, friendly service specially Jenny was helpful. A night receiprionist guy who was rude and wasn’t comprehensive and communicated well with guests. If you arrive and check in late at night he wasn’t so helpful to tell you to insert the key in the slot in order to get electric or help with luggages to your room.
